  1. My big problem with BlueSky is the 300-character limit. I'm just clearing my throat at 300 characters. So only about a third of my content ends up on BlueSky. Nevertheless, I love the platform. Just wish it had more flexibility/functionality. Also, and I'm sure that @immamac doesn't care, but I am hating the Twitter embargo here on Surly, for several reasons.
  2. I absolutely don't believe that and I don't believe there's any way you'd know it if that were the case. No. He has no source.
  3. Kaliq Lockett got bumped up to 5-stars by RIVALS and is now their # 19 player in the country. He was their # 52 player before this. Lance Jackson also got bumped up to 5-stars by Rivals, ranking as the #33 player in the country. He moved up 25 spots, from # 58.
  4. Wake me up when we can use the PUF for NIL.
  5. We need Michigan's huge NIL program to get ramped up and take some of this Ohio State momentum away. Otherwise, it's going to be a cakewalk into the playoffs for them every year.
  6. Goodness ... there's, what? TWO players who got drafted (Cosmi, Christian Jones) on that chart?
  7. If true, why did she request to be severed?
  8. So you think that somehow, in the five months between the time she spoke at the convention, she was converted to the side of Lumon and is now a double agent? That doesn't strike me as being true to her character, given how much effort her innie has put into trying to escape the clutches of Lumon. It also seems like a cheap "out" on the part of the writers of the show.
  9. Smokey answers the question ... sort of.
  10. If that's Helly's outie in the office with them in this first episode of season 2, how would she know who they are when she's in the office with them? How would she know how to do the work the data mining work that they are doing?
  11. You say that, but Sark is literally worse than Hitler.
  12. Grammar-wise, there's nothing wrong with "where we're at," especially in this context. Colloquially, "at" is often used to describe a metaphorical location, i.e., where we're "at" mentally or, in this context, where our tight end situation is at. "Are" is used to describe a physical location. Grammatically, neither is wrong, although using "at" to describe a physical location is a tad informal. Not incorrect, just colloquial.
  13. Perhaps I'm crazy in the head, but I think it might be Aaron Butler.
  14. No kidding. You save a child you save the hopes and dreams of one family. You pay for UT football to win a national championship you save the hopes and dreams of millions of people. It's all about perspective.
  15. Stock Up: Jordan Whittington Argues Jordan should be getting some of Cooper Kupp's targets. https://www.turfshowtimes.com/2025/1/8/24338337/rams-stock-report-jordan-whittington
  16. It reminds me of being on Hornfans 20 years ago. Same divisions. Mack knocked on the door several times before he kicked it in. Sark may have, too. We shall see.
  17. They were there for Margaret Moser's birthday party.
  18. I'm calling it right now. He kicks a walk-off field goal to win the game after a drive-ending targeting call on Ohio State on the prior drive. It is written.
  19. I use a helicopter. It's a little touch and go at busy intersections like 42nd and Broadway, but the helicopters make so much noise and those blades are whipping around real fast and nobody wants to take a chance on being decapitated.
  20. I've been told it's because I touch myself at night.
  21. Make it a 6-star system. The top 10 in the nation are 6 stars. The top 11-100 are 5 stars. The next 101-200 are 4 stars The next 201-300 are 3 stars The next 301-400 are 2 stars The next 401-500 are 1 stars Everybody else gets a scarlet zero to wear on their uniform.
