  1. In all seriousness, I'm expecting one day to open this thread to read he hung himself or went homicidal. Dude seems like a genuine DB, but it's a about time to give it a rest. His marriage fell apart, he's lost every job he's ever had, and now he's cleaning fucking pools. Life has already beat the shit out of him. What's the point of the internet beating him down even further?
  2. Scaling back to 11 regular season games solves the CCG issue. Get rid of one of the meaningless non-conf games during the season and still have a CCG to determine your winner. P5 conf winners are guaranteed a spot. This isn't difficult. Then give HFA to the top 4 teams (must be conference champs), and play it the week after the CCG. Now you have a regular season that means a whole hell of a lot, you have a CCG that the conferences want to keep, and you don't have to mess with the timing all that much.
  3. Am I the only dipshit trying to click on the pictures below the chicken salt as if I'm on Amazon?
  4. Just about all the flavors from this company are good. Just add it to your cooked veggies and protein and you are good to go. Really hits the spot spooned over basmati rice on a cold day.
  5. I'm a casual observer on the recruiting board, so excuse my ignorance...but what leads you to say this? Is he getting recruited over in 2019? Is he a head case? Injury prone? I seem to remember Dele being a highly ranked recruit, but he was just a freshman this year who was injured half of the year and will be taking a RS.
  6. You seem to be on the fence on this one. Pick a side.
  7. agreed
  8. I showed up for every one
  9. How do you accumulate points? My history says I've had 12 reservations in the past 2 years, yet I have 0 points.
  10. Christ on a cracker, OU's offense is historically good--and we gave up 39 points. Included in that is a safety and a TD at the end of the half that never should have happened. Sometimes your HC has to do you a solid. We held them to 13 points in the 1st half, and instead of taking a lead to HT, Herman crapped himself. I'm more concerned why we look like a bunch of pussies in the 4th quarter of half the games. Offense and defense. Also, I'm to the point where I think we should sign 5 DBs every cycle and push the ones that can't keep up out every couple of years. We need 7 legit DBs in the pipeline at any given time. That said, I think our future is extremely bright. Sugar Bowl is way more than I was expecting, and I think we're a 9 win team next year. 2020 is the one I'm eyeing for contending for the CFP.
  11. Thought the OP was going to go with this Simpsons scene instead.
  12. Our gender reveal was when I walked out of the operating room wearing either a blue or pink tie. Then I walked outside a lit some underbrush.
  13. Wow, Dre Bly definitely not a safe choice. He's never coached before.
  14. This right here. I call it Thanksgiving Benedict in my house. It's a crowd pleaser
  15. That burning grill video got me when she opened it and the son said "ribs done".
  16. I'm doing a Heritage Turkey this year. Did one 4 years ago and don't completely remember what I did, other than brining. It was great. After doing some research, I'm not brining this year, but will rub a compound butter between the skin and breast, and I'll roast hot and fast.
  17. Weird for one recruit to schedule 3 OVs to the same school
  18. Not sure why this made me laugh so hard.
  19. Not if she's white.
  20. Not particularly. At least not to me. YMMV
  21. Dry jerk seasoning or jerk marinade? The below dry rub is awesome on wings. It's what Plucker's used. I imagine it's great on other cuts as well, and I plan to try it on salmon in the near future. I have't found a marinade that particularly blew me away. I've tried my own and I've tried stuff in a jar. It was all a bit "meh".
  22. How about some Jerk seasoning? That pretty much kills on all poultry.
  23. Saw Black Panther last night. I enjoyed it--or at least I was entertained. But I guess I was expecting more. Seemed like everyone went on and on about what a great movie it was. Saw Blockers last week based on a recommendation from a guy at work. I was skeptical, and for good reason. I can't believe I paid for that POS. At least it was only $6 for PPV and not $100+ for tickets, drinks, snacks, babysitter, etc to see it in the theater.
  24. Serious question...where is the risk introduced? Are you assuming the water it's soaking in is already ripe with bacteria?
