Why is the Right so Afraid of the Left?

But you will happily participate in all of the socialist programs that make this country great.

Happily=forced into.  I don't remember any official from the government knocking on my door and asking me if I wanted to have money taken out of my paycheck every two weeks for Social Security and Medicaid.  If I'm having it taken away from me you're damn right I am going to want it returned someday but you know what would really make me happy?  If I actually got the say over what to do with it since it is only my money to begin with.

Wait a fucking minute.

There special privileges and status available to me just for having been born with a vagina?

Did I miss an email? Did my handbook get lost in the mail?

Can someone enumerate these female privileges and womanly statuses I’m apparently being deprived of?

Who cares about status and privileges? What you really missed is your government funds allocation.

I’m serious, what is it they think will happen if the left takes over and passes a progressive agenda?

How will that hurt the conservative voters personally?

Why are the republican voters so scared?!?

Tax the living fuck out of me.

penalize achievement.( see #1)

lower standards for behavior in society( continual erosion of the judicial system with fucked up edicts and lax policies with regard to the law and enforcement thereof.)

reward sloth and/ or refusal to contribute to society( I am not anti- safetynet, but believe in defined boundaries/ limits, most of which are stricter than society in general.)

i am not afraid, but that is how i generally view the policies of the left.  We survived Obama and WJC, in addition to Bush 43 who was moderate at best on many issues..  LOL.  I am not afraid.

We agree. Can you tell me the #1 country that has citizens that legally immigrate to the US?

Hint: Same answer as the #1 illegal source

Has anyone bitched about legal immigrants? Seem like that would be a thing because “brown people”

First, lol at this stupid ass response. Second, let's let this play out... You feel trans (non-real) women should not have access to the legal system? Yeah, I'd have no problem calling you a bigot. You earned it.

Yeah, we have failed plenty on legal immigration. We create indentured servants by making work visas non portable. We do nothing to attempt to keep people on student visas here after graduating. In fact, we send those students into the indentured servant work visa track or home. Meanwhile they are the educated "good" immigrants Tahoe claims to want.

1. Call them stupid

2. Twist logic into an argument no one even made to deflect from the fact that your argument was destroyed.

3. Name call a second time

Thats a first ballot HOF response for the Left right there. Bravo sir!

How many are approved for amnesty though? From what I have seen, it's less than 20%. So 80% are not eligible,

Chicken and egg. We’d love to take them, but the spaces are overwhelmed with those that do it illegally thereby creating an issue for those that try to go about it the legal way.

You mean like Planned Parenthood? Or privatized maternity leave? Like those?

In NY state, its called paid family leave and the same amount of time off is available to fathers. If you didn't take yours, that's your fault.

The federal govt has no federal family leave law last I checked.

Planned Parenthood is a private organization offering services for a fee.  It does offer free services to poor people subsidized by donors and grants, many of which are also available to you, like STD testing and penicillin.

What spaces? Lol that you think college educated people and those who qualify for work visas are competing for jobs with illegal immigrants. Illegal immigration has no bearing at all on our legal immigration system.

Ignorant comment that has no basis in reality and therefore really deserves no response. The “immigration space” is overwhelmed? Come on jackass. At least troll with some basis in fact and reality.

I know NY has paid family leave. They also have legalized weed possession. I lived in Texas when I became a father. (Almost 20 years ago) Not sure what that has to do with anything or how it doesn’t show status as requested. Are you looking for more examples?

PP is a partially government funded organization just like PBS. I love them and financially support them privately.

It is based on fact.  The current agencies cannot keep up with the inflow of immigrants.

That is absolutely fact.

For jobs or tax dollars? Do you think the janitor is competing with the CFO at your company? They both have to get paid and are entitled to benefits., which your company subsidizes.

So far the status and privileges "real" women have that should not be available to trans-women are:

Planned parenthood

Maternity leave

Discrimination lawsuits

And he's offended when he's called a stupid bigot.

You said those were government funds allocations available to women because they are women. I was pointing out that you get the same family leave also.

I'd be surprised if Texas has any family leave law. I'd guess it is left to employers to decide and for those who dont offer it, temp disability is required.

If the ship is sinking, who gets the first boat? Why? If a woman gets pregnant, why doesn’t the father get the ultimate decision on if the pregnancy gets terminated? Can you hit a woman? Why is that looked down on in society more than hitting a man? Sounds like you’re sexist to me. Why don’t you think women are equal?

You don’t offend me because I could not care less of what your opinion is of me. It’s cute that you think I should though.

Hell, the janitor is probably much healthier. The CFO is more likely to fuck up my risk pool.

And that also proves my point. If I have an illegal janitor, I still need to hire a CFO. The janitors status plays no role in whether I hire an immigrant CFO or not.

Because "the left" is a bunch of librul faghets, and librul faghets might touch me inappropriately and spend all my money.

I mean, ask a stupid, question that stereotypes people, and begs a question, get a stupid answer that does the same.

That’s not what I said though. In fact, I specifically mentioned maternity leave as a privatized benefit. PP was the example I gave subsidized government funds. Another would be causes like a battered woman’s shelter. State law would be alimony, which is not enforced across the board.

I do believe the father should have a say, because he damned sure gets to pay should the abortion not occur.

probably a discussion for the abortion thread.

Some of us see it as a two-way street.  Much of society disagrees... until the bills come due.

Unless his salary would take funds away from hiring the CFO, which is my point. The kitty isn’t unlimited.

Ok, let's just pretend all of these things are special privileges for women, why would you deny a trans-women care at pp, or family leave, or safe haven at a shelter?

No. We've made the statement as a society that gender doesn't matter.

let's go...

You cant hit a man either. But now you aren't talking about govt at all, but societal norms. Like how you were offered family leave but didn't take it because "men dont do that."

Bingo.

And that’s illegal immigration: Shouldn’t I get a say so on whether or not I have to pay for a life that I did not want? Abortion is protected by law...and are our immigration policies. You may not agree with them, even from a humanitarian or moral standpoint, but it’s still the fucking law.

Funny thing, but the right has a pretty strong chance to turn their worst fears about liberals, globalists, etc... into a self-fulfilling prophecy when the power pendulum inevitably swings in the opposite direction.
