undoubtedly the best outcome after the Jags won but do not look past Aaron Rodgers and Mike Tomlin at home in the cold against us. They will not be an easy out.

The early forecast is about the same weather as the KC game this year.

But yeah, Tomlin has a god-tier MNF record. I don't think the Steelers have lost a Monday night home game since... 91?

    Obligatory . . .

  • I shake my head about people who constantly bitch about this team and coaching. Y’all need to remember that Ryans inherited a team that was 11-38-1 in the previous 3 seasons and taken them to 31-19 an

I assume Kamari is a go, it’s completely different when he’s not back there.

Steelers defense is tougher than some of y’all may be thinking, IMO.

Best scenario is our D smothers their O and we wear their defense out via snap count and ToP, which I think is very possible.

16-13 final, probably Texans

Defensive score + 3 FGs lol

Stats say otherwise. They are right in the middle.

Also, one positive to not winning the division is no first place schedule. Should be very manageable as we play the AFC North and NFC Eest, 2 of the worst divisions in the NFL. Here are our 2026 opponents:

Indianapolis Colts x 2
Tennessee Titans x 2
Jacksonville Jaguars x 2
Baltimore Ravens
Pittsburgh Steelers
Cleveland Browns
Cincinnati Bengals
Dallas Cowboys
New York Giants
Philadelphia Eagles
Washington Commanders
Buffalo Bills
Los Angeles Chargers
Green Bay Packers

Will be interesting considering he hasn't won a playoff game in something like 10 years. I'm counting on that streak to continue.

You don’t think that can make a difference?

It can, but people make it out to be this massive difference that the numbers don’t bear out….

Weather looking good for Pittsburgh at night in January. Looks like 33 and dry with average wind at kickoff…

I haven’t run a full stats analysis, but every season one or more “good” teams playing a #1 schedule will suffer some injuries or other issues and miss the playoffs (see: Chiefs, Ravens, Lions this year) and some teams that were lousy but ready to make a jump benefit from 4th place schedule to make it to the playoffs the next season (see: Broncos, Patriots, Panthers, Bears). Next season’s Texans schedule doesn’t look quite as soft as a normal 2nd place schedule, since some good teams finished 2nd and we drew AFC North where everyone but the Browns could be tough games.

Semi-fun fact, Dalton beat Watt a year prior in the Rose Bowl and JJ got his revenge in this one.
