  1. Don't sleep on Neyor!
  2. One of the last remaining branches of the Bobby Knight coaching tree just got a new branch (if you count Donewald via his old man). In reference to Donewald staying one year, Beard is pretty much a ramblin' man himself - save Tceh.
  3. The veteran players who have had their eyes on the draft for three years are more likely to leave than not, imo. Even if they get disappointed by their draft position and bonus, if the focus has been on pro ball that usually doesn't seem to change. There are exceptions to that, but it is usually a big "miss" in draft slot. Something like Tanner's injury could create that and maybe NIL could change it, but I'm reining in my expectations.
  4. So that still leaves 6 of 8 conversions in the Tech game. Not mention the variable of Patterson's departure. So you'll have to pardon the narrative living until I see it die. Not from Missouri, but they need to show me.
  5. One of the keys to success in 23 will be playing up on receivers on 4th or 3rd and short. When you play off 10 yds on 3rd & 5, that is like shooting ducks in a barrel. jmo. I think we have the guys to press, but will PK do it?
  6. The egregiously stupid personal foul called when aggy hit our receiver out of bounds. Yes, I remember.
  7. Yes, rooting for him but it’s difficult to steal first base…
  8. But zero would be a better line item 😀
  9. I was just thinking of a bump to AA not to MLB yet.
  10. I hope they removed seats from the lower bowl near the corners of the field. That just looks dangerous. Otherwise, nice stadium.
  11. Yeah, I noticed that. The last thing I saw had him as "mid-July".
  12. They definitely should 😂
  13. Bud was an Iraan Brave, yesterday Bob McKay was a Crane Golden Crane, and 71 was Kermit Yellowjacket Leo Brooks. Man there was some great football in the Permian Basin back then.
  14. Payed attention 😂😂😂
  15. So to recap, ESPN fires lots of on air talent. However, they retain: Stephen A Smith Skip Bayless Beth Mowins Desmond Howard That is an organ-I-zation that should be nuked from orbit. Immediately if not sooner.
  16. Bryce Elder named to NL All-Stars!
  17. Tbf this rule which was adopted in 1908, was suspended from 1931 to 1954 (except that it was re-instituted for one season in 1939 before being removed gain in 1940). Ted Williams would have had 14 in 1941 had the rule remained, and he would have hit .419! Per the Google machine (Wiki).
