With a 12 team playoff, conference championships pretty much don’t mean shit in the trophy case. It just adds un-necessary risk.

Yeah, everyone is freaking out. We’re going to curbstomp aggy in November. They don’t call us big brother for nothing.

We’re actually better off if we don’t in this scenario.

  9. I got out and did my part. Voted for Kamala and against everything MAGA down the ticket.
  10. I’m way too dumb to figure that out, but thanks for the advice anyways.
  11. Looks like the Gen 7 and later work with my docking station. It’s just that USB C universal version. Thanks for the recommendation, I think I’m going to go this way.
  12. So I can run Office reliably on a $300 laptop? I was thinking I would have to spend a lot more than that for something decent. Thanks for the advice BTW.
  13. So here’s the deal. I haven’t looked for a job in 20 years, but I’m tired of my current gig and wanting to test the waters. Obviously it’s not the best idea to use my work computer for writing resumes, cover letters and submitting applications. I have an old shitty personal laptop, but all the applications are out of date. What I’m looking for is advice on the best setup for doing all the work stuff but on my own computer. I need a PC that can run basic MS office stuff and crate pdfs. I have a docking setup for a Lenovo X1 Gen 11 at home, so ideally I could also hook this personal laptop up to that docking station. Should I go all out and buy a similar Lenovo or are there cheaper options that will get the job done? Appreciate any advice on this simple question. Rest assured, I’m not applying for IT jobs.
  14. I don’t know that I would go that hard on the Quinn criticism. I agree that Trevor Lawrence isn’t the right comparison, but Quinn still blew out OU a couple times and beat a hell of a lot of other good teams. Could he be better? Of course, but to sit there on the couch and call him a giant pussy is a little much.
  15. You have guys on here saying Arch is just like VY. Arch looks like he’s going to be great, but it’s a little early to claim Arch can match VY.
  16. So what happens if Quinn isn’t looking at a good draft position and decides to return to UT for a 4th year?
  17. It could have been when he got in a fight in the shower with a UT baseball player.
  18. Random quiz of the day (and age test for some of you). Who was more hyped as an incoming QB? a. Quinn Ewers b. Shea Morenz
