  1. JD Vance wouldn't be there if Trump thought his wife was ugly.
  2. I told my Ohio cousin that they have their very own Ted Cruz. Both desperately want to have power and attention. Both are smart. Both think they're the smartest person in the room, so he's got it all figured out. Both know they're spewing bullshit. Both know they won't even have to attempt to follow through with half the bullshit. But most of all, both never figured out that people won't buy your bullshit if they don't like you.
  3. It's not even against the rules. It's against the rules as he understands them (did he citethe rules he's talking about?). In other words, as he'd like them to be.
  4. I know you're right, but I just can't imagine how deep your head must be buried in the sand to forget 1 Million people dying of COVID AND an assault on the Capitol. Sometimes, I wish I didn't care as much as I do.
  5. No kidding. Those are the ones that still have half an ounce of shame. They want to vote for Trump, but they know it's shameful to do it so they don't admit it. They use their last half ounce of shame to lie about not liking Trump.
  6. Maybe he did it to impress Stormy Daniels.
  7. He (or at least this online persona) doesn't care. He got over, that's what matters... getting away with something. The scheme works for him, but not for others. It's one of their core tenets. I was thinking about the election and how the Republicans path to the White House includes zero attempt to win the popular vote. The only way they win is by working the system. But it works. And they love that it works. I almost think that they love that the scheming works more than they would love for their policies to be popular. This is no way to run a democracy.
  8. No shit. Makes you wonder why waiting tables is so many people's side hustle, or day job.
  9. I bet they were negotiating appearance fees right up to the second she stepped up.
  10. What do you think his next handle will be?
  11. Ahhh, securing the border. I remember a plan being devised where the Republicans got everything they asked for, but it was shut down because the... (checks notes)... Republicans didn't want Biden to have an accomplishment. Come on, man. I was once where you are... it'll be okay to change, and you'll not have to defend so much bullshit.
  12. For example...
  13. Wasn't he ready to mow down people crossing the border illegally?
  14. I think it'd be funnier (and maybe even more accurate) if Trump was the one suggesting the gun control (remember his early comments about bump stocks?), and it was a MAGA supporter (with ear bandage) ignoring him.
  15. Right? Was the whole thing a bit all along? This has me wondering if he even sucked dick for drugs. My whole hornfans/shaggy/surly reality is shattered. I sat next to Derka at the UNC game at Jerryworld. I didn't say anything to him, but now I'm not sure that that was real. Am I just a figment in an autistic kid's snowglobe?
  16. Jesus Christ. I bet O'Reilly really thinks he came off well. Anyone with half a brain cell could see the bullshit he was spreading. Is it just professional wrestling to people like him? Jon Stewart is a better man than me. I'd end up slapping him... it's not politically motivated if it's just theater, right?
  17. He's the guy in the GOP who wants everything to go back to when you had to secretly be a piece of shit.
  18. I'll still take Kyle over Nugent or Kid Rock.
  19. Nevermind
  20. You know where it ends... where it all ends....
  21. I think he's also shook that his secret service or the city that hosts his rally may not be up to the task of protecting him.
  22. Something bad happened to Trump. It's his chance to play the victim. Moth, light.
  23. He also has zero reason to. They will enthusiastically whine about the violent leftists and plead for peace while encouraging people to fight and attack the left. The hypocrisy is part of the appeal. They get to be the victim when you call them on their bullshit. The fact that it frustrates us "on the left" (i.e., any decent person) is an even bigger prize.
  24. Right now, the most important question we need to be asking ourselves is if a teacher left a door propped open.
  25. I'm sure the findings will end up right next to the findings of that select committee Abbott formed to find out why Texas teachers were leaving the profession.
