  1. I noticed this too when scrolling through their database. They also treat equally a single student complaint that led to no action with a student complaint that led to a professor's dismissal. That's like saying a random tweet is as harmful as legislation passed and enforced.
  2. I edited my post, so I'll submit, but I'll only add that I guarantee you that these legal orgs have young lawyers and recent grads foaming at the mouth to do this stuff. Just take a look at The Federalist Society in law schools. The difference from even ten years ago is pretty jarring
  3. Are we not permitted to respond to individual posts and address the specific claims made within? actually, upon re-reading the comment, I think this is a valid criticism. mea culpa
  4. Sure. But the same folks behind this incident are also actively working to get cases in front of SCOTUS to overturn Obergfell. Also, go read the dissent in Lawrence v Texas and try to argue that that's not the current majority opinion of the court should a case be brought. It's going backwards.
  5. How is that post political?
  6. Also a St John's graduate. But I'm sure admission into both had nothing to do with race during the heyday of affirmative action.
  7. Hard to see how this doesn't trickle down to essentially overturn Terry and allow detentions of all persons based on a hunch.
  8. Haha Fuck off Florida
  9. First bet I've placed on a sporting event in like 3 years. Go blue. Edit: that sounds like I'm a gambling addict. I'm not a gambling addict
  10. Conservatives and libertarians... *Silence...
  11. This is what I find so hilarious about our DT posters who rag on aggy. Oh, so you have identical beliefs concerning economics, race, religion, education, taxation, politics, and social issues as aggy, but you want to sit there and mock their intelligence? goodluck.gif
  12. funniest thing I've seen all week. literally laughing out loud in my office. All-timer headline from Australia:
  13. also, better have swangaz galore
  14. But probably has something to do with all those dense urban areas in the deep south and West Virginia
  15. What, Andrew Dice Clay's not available?
  16. You made us wear a facemask during a global pandemic that killed millions so the only logical answer is to elect a conspiracy theory peddling drug addict with no medical experience to oversee the HHS, slash funding to all medical research, drive medical innovation out of the country, undoe decades of solid research on vaccines, peddle dangerous misinformation about communicable diseases and mental health medication, and attack vaccines as the cause of autism. I guess it kinda makes sense.
  17. Great point. Houston is similar in that it has the Fertita's lovely Aquarium, Mattress Mack's bi-annual "gamble on an end table" promotion, and . . . uh....
  18. I bet Gaudaloopy has anecdotes in which his dog didn't die so there
  19. Took Ani off of ignore for those three posts. Just completely ignored the direct questions he's pretending to respond to. Hilarious and pathetic
  20. i think we're all talking about different things. - E-cigs with liquid (can be broken down further into disposable vs refillable) - Vaping THC oil (can be broken down further into disposable vs refillable AND regulated vs unregulated) - Vaping dry herb THC Anyway, sorry for the thread derail. Probably a better place to continue the conversation.
  21. Are you sure? A quick search shows that these types of cartridges contain "cannabis oil." Whatever it is, its so viscous that turning the cart upside down will take hours for the solution to settle at the bottom
  22. well the unregulated ones which garbage put into them is a different issue, but even with those that are well-tested and regulated, I'm still concerned about inhaling a heated oil
