  1. New brain worms incoming.
  2. Junior fucked Stormy, too?
  3. So am I not to believe that your position is that lawyers are required to report unethical behavior and that this happens with a high degree of certainty? Am I not to believe that your position is that lawyers police themselves and root out bad actors from reading this statement? Am I not to believe that you don’t think the legal profession is in any sort of crisis, ethical or otherwise? If I’ve misunderstood you, apologies, and I would be open to hearing what your actual position is.
  4. Guessing he doesn’t have a hog like Hunter.
  5. Clearly no one is doing it effectively because our system is circling the drain and the lawyers are doing jack shit about it. Instead of kowtowing to Trump, maybe some of those Big Law firms could redirect those resources of time and money into advancing actionable solutions.
  6. I don’t include Brisket in that group. He’s a realist and speaks the truth on these matters. You, on the other end of the spectrum, come across as a smug lawyer who is the most back pattingest back patter out there.
  7. You, yourself are the one telling us that the legal profession polices itself so things are a-okay. As far as justice reforms go, here are a few that I would like to see. 1. Get rid of private prisons. 2. Ensure adequate representation for all. The deck is stacked heavily in favor of people with money. Our system is pay to play. It’s also heavily in favor of white people. 3. Move money from mass incarceration to rehabilitation and reentry programs. 4. Speed shit the fuck up. The wheels of justice move excruciatingly slow. 5. And, this is a big one, I’d like to see the judicial branch uphold the constitution and bring accountability to an unchecked executive branch.
  8. Instead of the legal profession leading the charge for reforms to our justice system, we have attorneys patting themselves on the back and telling us that everything is fine and that they self police themselves so please leave them alone.
  9. 30% is still an insanely high tariff rate.
  10. Makes sense to do that kind of work as close to hell as possible. You’re closer to the boss.
  11. If he’s doing insurance defense work, he should commit seppuku for the good of society.
  12. I was told that I’d be relaxing on the beach while my Tesla earns me 20% five years ago.
  13. When white shoes law firms start kowtowing to the whims of a corrupt regime, the entire profession has lost the narrative. Sorry, but dems the breaks. Instead of being disgusted and calling for the profession to come together to reform, we have Twice telling us everything is really fine with the exception of a few bad actors here and there. Things are not fine, the system is broken and lawyers are jerking each other off telling us the dumpster fire is burning just as the system is designed to do.
  14. I mean the picture shows the button that you can press to turn that feature off.
  15. Twice, my man, the mental gymnastics you do to convince yourself that lawyering is some sort of noble profession have to be exhausting. Your constant droning makes me like lawyers less and that’s coming from a guy that’s the son, grandson and great grandson of attorneys, one of which was a federal judge.
  16. Where’s the crab? All I see is a bunch of breading.
  17. Fortunately for you, tourism, especially of the foreign variety, is set to take a big dive.
  18. They’ll just be hungry an hour later.
