  1. ^ LOL at this bot.
  2. I accidentally negged you instead of liked your post. All out of rep (used it on the troll since there are about 200 posts today all responding to the troll).
  3. I’ll see your OE800 and raise you to “Country Club Malt Liquor”.
  4. 13% of noncitizens ACTUALLY ADMIT TO VOTING!!! No evidence though. None. Not even a scintilla. Are you even capable of commenting on an article without totally changing the meaning of the quote? Negged again, for lying. The San Diego post was also made up numbers, but no worries. Math is hard.
  5. Forgive me if I do not consider DOTUS as a representative sample of outsiders cutting their teeth in office. Trump’s major failing has less to do with lack of experience and about everything to do with his tertiary syphillis and narcissism.
  6. “Cups of coffee” are less than $2.50. I point this out because it’s something I’m used to my FIL wailing about all the time.
  7. I would expect any qualified leader, no matter the extent of government experience, to develop policy based on input from those with more specialized knowledge, etc.
  8. There is all sorts of bullshit going on with his criminal case. Primarily, a fight about whether the special appointed prosecutors can be paid more than a grand or 2 for the entirety of their work. https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.texastribune.org/2018/11/21/ken-paxton-texas-criminal-case-attorneys-fees/amp/
  9. In case anyone cares, the actual quote from Shultz last night: “I have a long history of recognizing I’m not the smartest person in the room, that in order to make great decisions about complex problems I have to recruit and attract people who are smarter than me and more experienced, more skilled, and we’ve got to create an understanding that we need a creative debate in the room to make these kind of decisions,”
  10. He said to stop engaging the deliberately obtuse troll on this thread.
  11. Negged again for lying about previous lying not being lying.
  12. This thread discussion needs some spoiler tags, IMO.
  13. Negged OP for straight up lying in the thread title.
  14. He actually can purchase, own and transfer firearms, but yeah...it’s absolute bullshit that we can’t even get rid of an AG under indictment for fraud.
  15. Why is no one really questioning the assumption that a bullshit national emergency move will be swiftly struck down by the courts? What’s the relevant precedent, other than when SCOTUS ruled in favor of Japanese internment camp?
  16. Just finished this one. HOLY. SHIT. It was just exceeding level after level of “this could not get more fucked up” moments.
  17. Yeah. And for some reason, one of mine is FUCKED after 3 years. It’s full and (I think) oxidizing. It’s never been touched by metal or out in the dishwasher. Sucks because I loved that pan.
  18. No cave! No cave! YOU’RE a cave!
  19. It’s the ESPN subscription service that costs $4.95, IIRC.
  20. Also, papas rancheras is a pretty traditional breakfast taco.
  21. I’m a lawyer and you are totally incorrect.
  22. Why not? SCO’s only requirement is to give the report to the AG...that’s it. Trump CAN do all kinds of politically suicidal shit to prevent it from coming out...like firing the AG too.
  23. If it was “egregious”, the wording would have made it clear as such. This isn’t some amateur school council statement in the local newspaper where we just distill the gist of the language. It says what it says for a reason and it doesn’t say other “stuff” for a reason. My take? No fucking idea. Could be major or minor discrepancies. Of course, I’m sure you love to talk shit about the other side jumping to conclusions all the time, when that’s exactly what you did here.
  24. Lol. Maybe I’m generalizing, but I really question the rancher’s accuracy in ascertaining a prayer rug.
