  1. No. Wisner is 5. Baxter is 4.
  2. Baxter isn’t playing
  3. OL sucks. Arch can’t throw a catchable ball. WRs don’t get enough separation. When they do, Arch can’t throw a catchable ball. Assignments aren’t sound. Multiple broken plays. This is hideous football.
  4. Friday - In Gainesville: Bobby
  5. They'd have to trade him/dump his contract. He's signed through the 2027 season. That being said, I do not think it's likely he stays in Boston that long.
  6. Their respective tuition/boarding costs are no joke... One year at either is basically what I spent for my entire degree at UT from 2009-2013.
  7. Girls' high school basketball recruiting: 2026 class commits, more - ESPN Here's the Texas excerpt: Texas Longhorns: The summer's most improved player, Aaliah Spaight (No. 20), is a combo guard in the mold of Rori Harmon. Texas also secured a commitment from four-star Amalia Holguin (No. 57), Spaight's club teammate on Team Why Not in the Nike EYBL. Texas is also a possible landing spot for No. 3 Olivia Vukosa, Australian star Sitaya Fagan, No. 8 Brihanna Crittendon and No. 9 Jacy Abii.
  8. Probably would have if Anthony didn't get hurt. Or if they could reliably beat the damn A's.
  9. Agreed. Not sure why a wild card team is awarded such an advantage. I get two of three for the higher seed, but three of three is total BS.
  10. Alright, young gun (Early, 23 y/o, fifth-ever MLB appearance, 1-2, 2.33 ERA) in the biggest game of his life thus far against another young, albeit, more experienced pitcher (Schlittler, 24, 4-3 in only 14 career starts, 2.96 ERA) for the (fuck the) Yankees. Gonna need some runs tonight. Let's fucking do this, Sox.
  11. Thursday: Bobby
  12. Fatwa would be particularly easy, in this case.
  13. Monday: Bobby Bobby didn't specifically state the OL is reverting to the same five we had prior to Huston playing at LG, but here's the quote.
  14. Might as well invite Carl, while we're at it.
  15. Lucky for us we’ll hopefully hire a coach who doesn’t perpetually underachieve given the recruiting classes brought in.
  16. I get your point. Yes, both jimmys and joes, as well as x's and o's, matter in terms of winning. But shitty play is still an indictment of managing the program poorly. 1v1 skills can absolutely be taught, developed, and improved upon. Same with passing, ball skills, etc. I'm not sure how shitty play doesn't also fall on the coach responsible for getting the players ready to play...
  17. Eh, in a rush between calls. Just responding to what I saw 🤷‍♂️
  18. I need to talk more shit about how this team is going to FAFO and miss the playoffs. The reverse psychology is working!
  19. Can't be. He didn't play in a 13th/bowl game his sophomore year.
  20. What an incredibly bad take. The coach is ultimately responsible for the performance of their program. If the talent isn't there, the scheme isn't working, players aren't developing, and/or "our girls are not good," the head coach is responsible for all of it. This is like a VP throwing their direct reports under the bus and stating they aren't ultimately responsible for the work product (or lack thereof) that comes from under them. That's complete and utter bullshit.
  21. It would be refreshing not to have a top-flight pitcher get hurt this season. I realize it's commonplace nowadays, but I feel like it happens disproportionately to Texas; especially years where we have a real shot at winning it all.
  22. Texas 2026 schedule: Things to know: Gerry Hamilton
