  1. This all day. Not only is it easier, it adds to the experience, imo. Stop in at Cask & Flagon before the game - it's directly on the way from Kenmore Station to Fenway Park. Sight seeing: Can't recommend the Duck Boat Tours enough. The drivers are all in character/costume and while it should be cheesy, it actually works. They know their shit and you can hit the high points of Boston's history pretty quickly, w/ humor instead of some dry history major droning. If you have kids w/ you and are looking to kill a couple of hours adjacent to the Duck Boat Tour, they leave from the Boston Museum of Science, which is one of the coolest museums ever. Big fan of the New England Aquarium as well.
  2. Had lunch at Moreno today. WTF is wrong w/ you people? Zero people in line at 11:45 and *maybe* 10 people eating (including the 2 of us) before noon. Filled up a little bit after 12, but oddly all olds - like geriatric olds. My 1st time here and it was excellent. Brisket was really good, but the ribs and sausage were excellent - some of the best ribs I've eaten. Much bigger menu than I expected and I'll have to go back for some pork belly and a beef rib at some point.
  3. Is it wrong that I'm dying to have one of those batshit women go bonkers in front of me so I can grab them by their hair and drag them out like a fucking caveman?
  4. This is some Dodgers/Padres, Rams/Raiders shit
  5. Seems excessive
  6. Certainly no one would ever photoshop this
  7. Cut the guy some slack, it was a bang-bang play.
  8. You've gone from they'll be average to not winning a NC is underachieving in 3 posts. You've paid attention to women's track for all of 3 hours in your life. Shut the fuck up.

    Burgers

There were long lines for several vendors - NABC, La BBQ and Jewboy off the top of my head, but overall, pretty short lines and very little wait. I gorged myself and didn't have another bite to eat the rest of the day. I will say that it started at noon and was already packed at 12:15 when we got there. $55 seems a little steep to me, but whatever - good time had by all. Didn't eat a single bad bite of burger. The floor was pretty high for quality/taste. Pro Tip: Go inside and snag a tray or pizza box, load up all your sample burgers, and take them all inside to enjoy w/ a beer. We got a spot directly under a Big Ass Fan and it was heaven compared to the zero shade standing in the lines.

Should keep me in good spirits for a while…
  11. Sweep the Yankees and trade Devers in the same day. Fuck this fucking team.
  12. Look at Mercedes w/ 2 on the steps!
  13. Goddammit Lando
  14. Couldn't agree more w/ her. I like waking up whenever, getting myself going and then firing up the dvr to watch my races first thing Sunday morning. Used to like staying up late to watch the opener in Oz, but they've fucked that up for me.

    Burgers

Current situation: Overall, pretty damn good burgers.
  16. Not sure if "cheap" is the right word here. "Worth it" is probably more accurate. Last week I paid a couple of guys $170 to move this vintage ice chest less than 100' and up a flight of stairs. Less than 10 min of actual work, and probably 15 total from arrival to departure for them. Definitely worth it, but it pained me to hand over that cash.
