  1. Damn...I remember reading that article and loving it. Rest easy 🤘
  2. The audio - offending remark @ 1:18
  3. It gives Kendall and Roman something they think can sink the deal. When they run with it and it is found to be fake, they've lost leverage. Connor doesn't have EC votes. He has 1% of polling numbers. It's election week, which means he's already been primaried and running Ind/Green/Lib at this point (forgive me if that's already been established). He's Howie Hawkins.
  4. I've been told this is accurate.
  5. The fact that everything negative about him has come from inside his camp smells like trap to me. I also find it difficult to believe that the showrunners have spent years showing us how terrible these people are, only for them to win big in the end. My guess is they play their cards, Mattson is clean and he wins/they lose in the end. But, I just watch the show because they are horrible people and it's like watching a bejeweled train wreck. And I only follow this thread because watching people argue about what's real/not in a fictional show is also entertaining.
  6. Even funnier that their broadcast tower is near the airport. Want to say it's in Bastrop, but wiki just says on Hwy71 west of Austin.
  7. They made that whole nonsense smaller and put in swimming pools, which is also ridiculous, but much more on theme for Miami, imo. Obviously the new tarmac makes everything look a hell of a lot better, and the hospitality areas look like they've been tightened up quite a bit. Looked to me like they actually took the YR1 mistakes/suggestions and worked on them. Last year looked thrown together and this year looked more polished.
  8. Beautiful helicopter shot of Max passing Checo. I’m anti-Miami (and Vegas) overall, but they’ve really improved this circuit in year 2.
  9. I have no knowledge of availability for the upcoming USGP, but the best seats I've ever had there are the HC platform at the top of T16. Pushing your friend all the way up the ramps is less than ideal, but not a better seat in the house. You can see T1 down into T2, the esses and 12-16/17/18 w/ some obstruction form the tower.
  10. The intertrons be tracking too much. Immediately after checking out this thread, I head to twitter and see the Embiid stomp and then this 5 min later.
  11. I'm sure some of y'all will have angry sweats watching this, but I think it's pretty dope.
  12. Just show them this and grin like an idiot.
  13. Thought Kai's 360 cam was amazing. That massive wave breaking well behind him but the foam just eating him up. @Elvis do you feel retroactively impressed now that you know what that dude has done?
  14. Yes - it's the camera giving the shitty feed. They're trying to use it like the NFL skycam.
  15. Watched the 1st 2 eps of S2 last night and was blown away. The very first shot of the break in S2E1 after they've all talked about getting back there, getting ready, etc, but no surfers/skis out there yet was just breathtaking. Same with the shots of the waves during the lockdown w/ no one out there...it's magnificent that this place even exists, even without the audacity of these surfers to try and survive riding there. The one thing I don't think is accurately conveyed is just how blazing fast those surfers are ripping down that wave - as fast as it looks, it feels like it just isn't doing justice to what a human balancing on a piece of styrofoam is doing vs Poseidon. All I could think of so far was how everything good kind of kills itself these days. When Garrett first started going there, it was empty and no one really knew about it, other than the whispers of a legendary break. But he brought a film crew, showed the world how amazing it was, and now it's rush hour on the waves and cliffs.
  16. Oz is roughly the same size as the continental US, populated by 4 million fewer people than live in Texas. 98% of that place is Wyoming.
  17. Luna is a black leopard or a black panther as it is also called. She was born in a traveling zoo, where Luna’s mother has refused to feed her on the seventh day after the birth. The zoo employees did not immediately notice that the kitten was thrown out of the nest, and it has led to unfavorable consequences. I was asked to take care of the kitten, because I already had a similar experience, and I was territorially closest to the zoo. I agreed to take care of her, and then decided to redeem Luna. (the zoo's management planned to sell her, and it was highly likely that Luna would not have received the necessary care and veterinary control that She needed at that time) Luna has been with me since the eighth day after I was born. This child has been through a lot of trials and still has some health problems, but the trend is quite good, and in a few years all the existing problems should disappear, this is the optimistic attitude of the specialists who are watching us. At the moment, she needs to take some supportive medications, active supplements, follow a diet and proper physical activity. I hope we will stay together with Luna forever. Here you can watch this beautiful animal and I will try to show you as many interesting moments and life's stories as possible. Welcome.
