  1. I think it depends on what're the next steps for NC State's covid situation. Also depends on whether we want to be SEC Champs or not.
  2. Is Tim Crowder irradiating athletes? Seems more harmful than vaccinations...
  3. Tweet tweet tweet
  4. Thought this was going to be the clip of Andrew Knowlton working 24 hours straight at a waffle house.
  5. That's an awesome book. Glad it finally got made
  6. Let's go get the fucker?
  7. The only thing that makes sense from that story was "Florida"
  8. Agree, but I think I lot of people think an ambulance ride, plus a 5 night hospital stay with surgery and two weeks at a rehab facility should be a $5 co-pay.
  9. How much should it have cost?
  10. Seems like a pretty hefty salary for a Mayor
  11. End the war on drugs and give parents the option where to send their kids for school? I'm in.
  12. But have you won the lottery yet?
  13. I've found myself agreeing with economist Emily Oster throughout most of the pandemic when it comes to children and covid. She interviewed the CEO of Moderna. One sided for sure, but a good read nonetheless regarding children and the vaccine. https://emilyoster.substack.com/p/interview-with-stephane-bancal-ceo
  14. One of two books on my son's 8th grade summer reading list at Kealing includes "Stamped: Racism, Antiracism and You. A Remix" written by notable CRT theorist, ibram kendi. I got the book on tape and plan on listening to it with him when he and I are on a road trip this summer. I'll listen to it with him. There'll be things I agree with, there'll be things I disagree with and we'll discuss them both. It's much better to debate things you disagree with openly vs trying to ban or cancel it We read To Kill A Mockingbird when I was in 8th grade which I think allows for similar conversations.
  15. Teacher's Unions have done fuck all the past year to get kids back in the classroom. "When you're being run out of town, get out in front and call it a parade"
  16. Damn Texas blue laws. Just wait till the covid package stores open on Monday
  17. I wouldn't hold out much hope for the tape deck, or the Creedence
  18. Do they publish zip codes of where the new positive cases / hospital admits are coming from? If so, let's retrofit the ice cream trucks with moderna freezers and drive around.
  19. The sunshine-and-lollipop version of that article is "holy shit, look at how few olds are in the hospital!! The vaccines are working! Hospitalizations are way down, but we're still seeing people, even young ones, get admitted. The unhealthy ones are still having a hard time with it. But vaccines are now readily available so get yours today, even if you live a healthy lifestyle."
  20. Would've been interesting to see how the vote would've gone if we went hyper-local and said the districts that voted against the camping ban will be allowed to have camping in within those district boundaries.
  21. Usually you pay double for that kind of action, Cotton
  22. Lol at King Mayor results
  23. Nothing surprises me. This town was able to convince a large amount of voters that Uber/ Lyft drivers would rape you, and cabbies wouldn't, simply because they'd been background checked.
  24. Look, the TSA has always been the top theatre troupe in the country. They're just solidifying their place for the next ten years. We almost had them when we were able to bring gallon sized hand sanitizer on the planes, but they're not falling for that shit twice.
