Trump’s America
@immamac why do you still allow shitposting Republicans , like @Wulaw Horn, to steal @UTPhil2006 Mortgage business on the website? Phil had one of the longest running threads before the crossover and nobody ever heard a public story about why that asshole Gabe got a sponsored thread. Why we get regulated to seeing this dickhead pat himself in the back with pictures of dumbass trophies and hope for economic calamity to make business good for himself bothers everyone.

Some questions about decisions in my 401k distributions and possibly rolling into a self directed fund
You can go into your 401k account today, sell everything to cash and securing your losses. Or you can sell and go into a stable value fund or money market. You are making this needlessly difficult

The Trump Economy
While I would love the media to sarcastically talk about Trump's standard 4 day work week, he literally cuts his ability to damage everything by 20%.

- Quite possibly the dumbest thing ive seen
You are allowed to paste a headline, subhead, hell you could even copy paste parts of the linked article instead of posting a wall of text with no context.- Trump’s America
Ladies and Gentlemen, and literally no other pronoun, Allow me to be the first to congratulate my President, Donald J Trump, on his incredible work to dismantle the single greatest economy the world has ever seen. It ain't easy being handed the keys to a 'vette and managing to flip it- but he did just that the first time to the economy with his Covid 19 response. Now here we sit, in our lifted F250, jacked so high up in the air no other country can lick the taint on our truck nuts, and he has done it again, this time liberating us from the freedom handcuffs of Joe Biden's growth economy with a weapon named tariffs. Take a bow Mr. President, nobody has managed to do this amount of damage twice to the US economy, but you have truly earned your 4-day work week this time. Enjoy Florida and the Saudi-sponsored golf tournament, and thank you for all you did to lower egg prices on this Jobsgiving Eve. Remember you had no choice, this man was 3 years older and didn't impress you in a Summer debate.- Sam Ehlinger
- Tariff wars, they have began
Serious post- a lot of funds will penalize you if you sell and then buy back within 30 days in a similar fund. You’ll most likely miss a huge portion of the gains that come back after the sell off. COVID and 08 crisis have more than a quarter of the best and worst days in market history within days and weeks of each other. *Im not a financial adviser but I am smarter than everyone here.*- Tariff wars, they have began
You don't have to wait, alot of places have 24 hour trading now- Tariff wars, they have began
You all are about to get "Art of the Deal'd" so hard.- Tariff wars, they have began
Single best speech I've ever heard. I will be investing tomorrow and if you idiots dont want to stay poor, you will too.- Financial Goals in 2025

Alright, 25% of the way through the year already. Hope everyone is making progress on their goals. If you got an update, feel free to share. With this paycheck being the mortgage paycheck, and April 2nd being our new Independence day Tariff Liberation Day, I will not have as many bullets in the chamber to buy whatever dip/fall may occur. My plan is to check around 10 am and if I see any rounding at the bottom put some orders in, or if it is free-falling then wait until 2pm or 230pm to buy. I'd expect a bounce Thursday. Friday I think everyone is expecting a negative job number, so not sure how much red that would deliver if everyone gets ahead of the news on wednesday.- Some questions about decisions in my 401k distributions and possibly rolling into a self directed fund
Most money market funds end with "XX," I don't think VOYA is an exception. Stable Value funds are similar but usually give you a little more return, but will have requirements on how long they need to stay in the fund. You will probably mess this up, the market will have already factored all your concerns in, and you will not buy back in at the bottom. - Quite possibly the dumbest thing ive seen
