This is why I love this thread. You'll have 5 straight pages of garish shit, and the someone drops a GOAT level time piece. Is that 37mm?

Wife recently surprised me with this for our fifth anniversary.

Omega Seamaster 1976 Limited Edition. Released to commemorate Omega's 100-year partnership with the Olympic Games. 1976 was the last year analog mechanical timekeepers were used at the Olympics, before the subsequent shift to electronic quartz.

The lacquered tuxedo dial looks so much nicer than what I can catch in a photograph. Great size at 39mm, and pretty slim for a Seamaster at just 11.75mm with the domed crystal. And here's the wrist shot.

This is a great watch, but just for clarification, it was released in Baselworld 2018, it was inspired by the stopwatches at the 1976 Montreal Olympics .

True. Didn't mean to imply it was a vintage Omega from 1976, rather a modern watch with a 1976 design. They did a limited run of 2,032 pieces in a few different colors, which isn't super "limited" by Omega standards.

Omega's done some modern re-releases of vintage Seamaster designs really well, including the Seamaster 1948 and the CK859 from 1939.
