Bring Back 70s Bernie!

Yeah 70s Bernie doesn’t fall in his shower and get 7 stitches like Bernie in his 70s did today.

And the fact that this incident got almost zero play when every fall and cough from Hillary and RBG gets breaking news music drives me fucking insane.

BERNIE!

After fighting off a legion of DNC assassins, Bernie got his stitches and hosted a healthcare roundtable.

Y'all need to watch stuff like this if you actually care. It's not about Bernie, it's about the voices of everyday Americans that he elevates and centers.

Ignore Bernie, get mad at him, but listen to all these other people.

We need a revolution. We don't need an individual. We don't need a god. We need millions and millions of working people who can point directly at the problem and point directly at the solution and know who the bad guys are that are keeping it from happening.

Can’t wait for Bernie’s campaign team to go on strike...

It’s a pretty laughable publicity stunt for Bernie.  Who is doing the negotiating for the campaign staff?  Who is doing the negotiating for Bernie? Odds are high they’re the same person.

If you want answers to your questions, you can read for yourself.

The staffers will be represented by the United Food and Commercial Workers Local 400, which said that anyone below the rank of deputy director would be eligible to join the bargaining unit. The campaign voluntarily recognized the group, the union said in a statement, after a majority of 44 eligible employees signed union cards.

Does not compute. It would cease being a union.

Really some heavy sarcasm/ignorance on my part but it is a publicity stunt and that’s fine.  Campaigns are mostly strings of publicity stunts.

Was there really a need for a unionized campaign staff?

I mean, other than all the sexual assault allegations of course.

Very well then. Why would the democratic socialist who has always pushed for the unionization of workers for better treatment in the workplace allow his campaign staff to unionize after his very own 2016 campaign workers had problems?

Yes, very responsible of Bernie.

Don’t forget to issue a press release and make sure all the MSM media outlets cover Bernie’s commitment to the worker.

Better sarcasm. At least he’s doing something. Please be disappointed with all the candidates who follow his lead.

Press release won’t be necessary. The MSM has actually covered some of it. It’s out there take a look. There was even the head of a union speaking at Bernie’s kickoff rally. Don’t think that one got covered too much. He has some nice words for Bernie and his commitment to the worker.

I’m sure fighting Trump’s vast disinformation empire can be time consuming so I’ll give you a pass this one time. It’s been one time right?

You’d be surprised how much I’m holding back on the Bernie bashing because I don’t want this forum to turn into a place where we’re all turning on each other’s candidates over petty bullshit.

This forum was made for some petty bullshitery. Hit me. I would be surprised. That’s what this thread is for. So far all I’ve got is he’s old, tax returns, and a bunch of horseshit. No facts or substantive arguments. Feel free to help me out here at any time.

However, I will throw out the occasional sarcastic quip.

You and me both.

I wish you wouldn't.

I know, I almost ended that post with a “sorry BT”

It’s just not worth it because I have no good reason to hate Bernie, even though he’s nowhere near the top of my list.

Bernie is A+ on wages and healthcare but at the POTUS and primary debates needs to work on foreign policy where he's below average (i'm being kind).  But then again, Trump is an idiot, and will the American people who are also completely ignorant on everything even notice the difference?

I don’t like Bernie because I think his campaign is a con job but that doesn’t mean I hate him.

He probably really does want all those nice things he talks about and his followers do too.  I like that he’s changing the conversation and mobilizing people to better our future.  However, I think Bernie would get jack shit done as president and probably hand Congress back to the Republicans so yeah, hard pass.

But keep fighting the good fight.

Do you know what a "con job" is?

Yeah, making promises you know you can’t keep.

Bernie is great at it.

Bernie lost the rigged primary and immediately went to Amazon and Disney and stood in solidarity with their striking workers and got their wages raised to the $15/hr Hillary and the shitlibs told him was impossible. They mocked him all throughout 2016 yet every pathetic centrist you like cynically adopted his 2016 platform almost whole-cloth because they have no compass inside them and they wouldn't know leadership if it bit them on the ass. Hillary wobbled off into the fucking woods after she lost and Bernie stood on picket lines in solidarity with the working people.

You have no idea what is possible and what is not. Stop acting like you do.
