I live in a silo; just learned it's a thing.  And now I want ONE.

Price range is all over the place, from $80 up past $400.

Can I get a good one for $200?  What brand and model?

The only drip machine I ever owned with a grinder was a Cuisinart and it never worked right.  I replaced it with a regular drip machine by Cuisinart, which lasted 24 years.

Now for espresso, I have a Gaggia Brera automatic with a built-in grinder.  It's been a workhorse (as long as you don't use dark, oily beans) and I'm on year 14 with it.  It's easy to use and makes good coffee.

You know, my memory sucks today.  That Drip/Grinder combo I had was not a Cuisinart.  Whatever it was, it required the basket to be rotated around to sit under the grinder.  After grinding, it was supposed to swing back between the water-shower arm mechanism and the carafe.  The machine regularly failed to trigger the basket movement and we would end up with watery mess all over the counter.  The Cuisinart Grind & Brew is a sensible design.

So much longevity in these posts that I'm amazed.  Until i bought my Moccamaster 5 years ago, I have never had a coffee maker last more than 3 years.  And I was purchasing Cuisinart, Melitta, and DeLonghi over the years.

The adage of multi-purpose machines not holding up over time has always kept me away.  Stick with separate components.
