  1. Shakablah? Are you 8 years old
  2. I’m interested in that black turtleneck.
  3. Cornelius has a serious Jekyll/Hyde issue. Looks like he should be on an NFL camp roster sometimes, looks like he is a fan who won the ‘play QB’ at other times. Like his game but he’s fucking this up.
  4. Crowds keep growing, guys keep scoring and winning. Fun brand of ball. Also, Bud Light Seltzer is OK but Black Cherry is the undisputed King of artificial flavors.
  5. Not going to try to hold your hand through some explanation. If you’re genuinely interested, there’s literally a mountain of articles to read about it by people who can break it down for you. He has quietly become a great defender.
  6. This narrative has long been proven wrong. Give it a rest.
  7. Watched it, loved it. He’s very Eastwood, and the whole thing has the Kung-Fu Carradine feel. Solid show.
  8. Dark (German) and Black Spot (French) are very noire and mysterious style shows that my wife and I have really enjoyed. Both two seasons to this point. If you can deal with voice dubs.
  9. I disagree on Simmons. Harden is nearly unguardable, but teams scheme to him in playoffs. Try that now and Westbrook will torch you. The whole thing works because we have two all time great scorers, and solid pieces around. Love CP3 but Westbrook just does more damage. Love Capela but he was a non-factor in the plsyoffs. Covington has already shown he’s a superior player. Cant wait for the postseason, let’s just hope we’re hot from the field and playing with high confidence when the regular season ends.
  10. “You didn’t tell me we had high priced talent!” “Don't worry, they’re just high priced.”
  11. I pity anyone who has themselves hung up on dumb shit about Harden or the team, and doesn’t allow themselves to enjoy this. This team is really, really fun to watch. I fucking HATE Utah so much, that was great.
  12. KState is bad. Real bad.
  13. Crowd was much bigger yesterday and people seriously getting in on the act - several groups wearing hard hats and oilfield jumpsuits. Roughnecks play good ball in all phases of the game. Was a little worried early that St Louis rush attack would take the game over but Dline responded well and had a solid game, considering. PJ Walker is a real one. Every time he has the ball in his hands, the fans get excited - having good QB play is key to watchability. He’s a stud.
  14. Often think the same but his job isn’t to be smart, it’s to rile people up and drive clicks and he does that as if he was smart. People are always getting bent out of shape and bringing up his name and articles.
  15. My 2005 visit to a Columbus sealed for all time my opinion on these fucking guys. Animals.
  16. We’ve got guys handing out the AD’s email, begging people to blast him and “hold him accountable” for Herman’s position coach hires.... sorry, but you’re wrong on this one.
  17. There’s a big difference between voicing one’s displeasure over a hire, or concern over failure, and constantly re-voicing the same shit in a whiny, temper-tantrum style manner, shouting down anyone who doesn’t agree. Even worse when you do it based on the idea that CTJ has told you what to like or disapprove of. Some of y’all take this way too seriously. I love Texas but I can’t control the hires. Some of y’all think if you cry enough something might happen... When you combine that with the high odds you know very little about what you speak, you should probably just relax. And no, not incessantly bitching doesn’t make me pro Herman or anti-Texas success.
  18. Was on hand last night, Reyes put together as good a performance as posible. Place went crazy for him. And while I agree the scoring could’ve just as soon gone his way, I think you have to definitively beat the Champ, not just edge him, if you’re gonna win on scorecards. Shitty, but I think that’s how the judges look at it.
  19. Also went to Houston’s game, it was really fun. Very professional in the ticketing, entrances, presentation. Seemed more ‘put together’ than prior start ups.
  20. Read some hard hitting and totally random BS that said the numbers couldn’t have worked out, and that same person followed up by saying he wouldn’t be available in buyout, just FWIW. Bruno is an interesting land, hopefully a D’Antoni mold guy. And I wouldn’t mind seeing more minutes from Hartenstein.
  21. I don’t know how the portal is going to take all that homesickness length
