  1. Probably not, but the IRS is executive branch and because of separation of powers, SC justices only voluntarily comply with that the whole tax thing. Yours Truly, John Roberts
  2. Yea, but think about how nice it would have been to have a beer with them!
  3. They certainly have done more harm to America than Al Qaeda, Taliban, and Al-Shabaab combined. And if this very scenario actually happened, there would not be a damn thing that would happen to him since the only remedy is impeachment and senate conviction which will never ever ever happen to a republican until America ceases to exist.
  4. I am also pretty sure that it would be fairly easy to convince a good number of GQP to support a law to deport low IQ individuals who are a net financial drain on this country, and sit back and watch 2/3 of GQP get deported.
  5. Muddy, Distract, Confuse. It’s the GOP way…and it works.
  6. Congress indisputably has the power to legislate ethical standards that bind the supreme court? But who gets to ultimately decide that again?? And how would you enforce even the most blatant violations? Strongly worded letters followed by even stronger worded letters?
  7. BREAKING NEWS: ANTIFA/BLM Atlanta Shooter Shoots up Hospital. Unclear How Many Victims Are White. Stay Tuned to FOX For Full Coverage.
  8. Yes but RBG once donated a SIGNED book to a nonprofit that was used in a charity auction…. so both sides.
  9. Probably charged less than a podiatrist though.
  10. If anyone else has a better representation of the NRA/GOP/SC mindset then please share cause that is the best I can come up with when trying to understand their viewpoint of NO gun restrictions in light of repeated mass shooting events.
  11. look at all these fucking illegals…sad
  12. What all you libtards fail to see is the omnipotent genius of our founding fathers. Sure they put in that crap about well regulated militias into the 2A, but that was just to fool the 18th century woke libtards into agreeing to it. They knew that future geniuses would use the concept of “originalism”, the idea that laws should be interpreted as written, to completely ignore what was written! The important part was “will not be infringed”, and that is the part that they meant. Why? No it wasn’t for hunting or protection or to stand up to tyranny. No they wanted us to kill each other as often as possible. The real problem is that we haven’t taken it far enough. When they said “shall not be infringed”, they meant all the way. Machine guns, nucs, neuron bombs. And no restrictions for felons, children, crazies, etc. Why? Cause they knew about all of Americas future problems and that they can only be solved by mass kills. Think about it.. poverty? Solved by killing poors. Social security insolvency? Solved by killing olds. Housing/food shortages? Solved by more mass killings. Climate change? Again killing is the answer. Poor math grades? Solved by arming school children. Racial issues? Solved by killing all other races. All of our problems solved by more guns and more killings! They knew back in the 1700’s. We just need to listen.
  13. Actually if some asshole or store sold him that gun, then it is just like out founders intended. If you stop anyone, felons, murders, crazies, from buying a gun then that is a slippery slope which will end with Biden taking away your right to own a BB gun!
  14. What does it matter? “Shall not be infringed!!!”
  15. GOP: “He likes seeing white women getting railed by black guys just like us!”
  16. Rep Holcomb is gonna get primaried talking like a woke child grooming libtard like that!
  17. Allred seems like a good guy. Supports policies that help the work class, help me provide a good education for my kids, and provide health care for my family. However I am just too worried about ANTIFA, Hunter’s laptop, and somebody somewhere using the inappropriate bathroom so unfortunately I will have to vote for Cruz. — Average Texan
  18. actually trump is saying that as the ultimate victim, he should have even worse things happen to him then what happened to Abe. I am all for it.
  19. https://www.washingtonpost.com/nation/2023/04/29/cleveland-texas-gunman-kills-five-8-year-old/ “When I heard those gunshots, I didn’t think anything of it because in this neighborhood everyone has guns. Every weekend you hear gunshots,” she said in an interview in Spanish. “People shoot in their backyards, after they drink alcohol, men take out guns at house parties and shoot the ground.” Just like the founders envisioned it …”shall not be infringed!!!”
  20. So that mean Trump, not dead Biden, is sending support to Ukraine, is proposing a tax increase on the rich to help balance the budget, want to expand Medicare for all, is nominating liberal judges, and wants more gun control?? Do I have that right??
  21. Oh great. So I am sure McCarthy would support a bill making it illegal for businesses, or the use of business proceeds, to in any way support a political candidate or political cause. We can call it "The Daily Texan Apolitical Act of 2023"
