  1. This is pretty much standard procedure. Remember that drunk APD cop that wrecked into a tree after a bit of late night partying a few years back? Cops showed up and took him home to sleep it off.
  2. Before reading this I was thinking that if anyone replaced the current logo it should be MJ. Then you mentioned “branding”. Yeah, no way Jordan lends is image for less than *999 billion dollars. *exaggeration
  3. Maybe not tier one pool, but can Paul Walker get a “Like”?
  4. lol! We have two Corgis and they’re definitely a handful of personality. Ours just put up with us. lol! Seriously though, great dogs and we love the F out of them.
  5. There’s a ton of cool satellite positioning tech and etc in those drones, but the four rotors are instrumental in hover ability. Single rotor with pilot operating cyclic and collective controls is an entirely different bird for sure. I agree to the point that a multimillion dollar bird like that one seems archaic compared to inexpensive drone tech.
  6. The brain can be easily tricked...even in perfect weather, in a car stopped at a stoplight. Freaked me out the first time I got the sensation of rolling into the middle of the intersection as the car adjacent to me reversed for whatever reason. Both feet mashing the brake pedal until the realization of what was actually happening. I’ve had it happen maybe twice in my lifetime.
  7. I thought it was pretty phucking good.
  8. That flightpath makes it look like the pilot was almost hugging the the hillsides until impact. Seems that the pilot may have been disoriented and using the hillside topography as his visual? Crazy...
  9. Loving it, but agree that we may get hung out to dry in the end. Right now I can’t even understand how “creepy as fuck hooded overcoat guy” doesn’t raise an eyebrow in crowds. The latest ep was pretty good, but damn that brought up a lot of questions that I don’t think we’ll ever get the answers to. This show sure does remind me of True Detective.
  10. The city planners will probably knock this out under budget with a little consultation with the California light rail geniuses.
  11. Austin is Adler’s Chicago. Setting the city up for kickback corruption on a scale never seen in the city.
  12. lol! Imagine if Dice Clay happened today.
  13. You talking about the ones that were surrendering themselves to journalists from around the world?
  14. Does the Hallmark Network already have this one in the can and ready to go?
  15. haha! I put that in quote for a reason.
  16. It would be awesome if they moved to America and just kept quiet. But no, they of course are bringing a “progressive” agenda with them.
  17. Is Adler really an imbecile racing to the bottom, or a very devious and clever con artist? This guy is already fairly wealthy, and I’ll be shocked to hell if he’s not setting himself up for a big score in the future with these real estate purchases. These remodeled hotels/motels will inevitably be condemned for health and safety reasons before Adler is out of office. Adler then swings backdoor deals with his developer pals to redevelop the property into big money makers while the prior inhabitants are moved on to the next target.
  18. Met Jake on three different occasions. He was truly one awesome guy. They held their reunions at the wife’s uncle’s ranch in Spicewood as long as they could. I occasionally steel one of his favorite sayings going back as far as before the war. “Of course we were drunker than five hundred dollars.”
  19. “Stop, or I’ll shoot! Because I damn sure ain’t running after your shoplifting ass!”
  20. “You can’t say that Nazis ran those camps. That’s like saying all Italians.... Wait, wait, wait... Fuck it! I’m confused.
