  1. Have you been to College Station?
  2. Leave it in the box. I hate going behind someone that has unboxed something that I have to assemble. Drives me nuts.
  3. A guy I know sent his wife, three kids, MIl, SIL and her three kids to Disney last week while he stayed at home. He is winning at life.
  4. Most of what I’ve seen, is that it gets them an interview every time. We would auto interview any nuke who applied. It helped that we had nukes in management, but they didn’t always see every application prior to the interview. It was HR that was pushing the applicant as much as it was mgmt. The other plus is that if it is a job that requires a security clearance, you don’t typically have to worry about a kid who was a nuke getting a clearance. It’s the guys coming in off the street that you waste the money on training and end up firing them for not being able to obtain/maintain the clearance.
  5. She’s a little young for you...
  6. Ha, close. I believe it’s where they put “pigs” (cleaning/leak detection devices) in oil or gas pipelines without interrupting the flow. They can clean the pipe or check for leaks with no loss of production. They use the flow of the product through the pipe to propel the “pig”. I would assume a smart pig sends data back to the operator the entire time it’s in the pipe.
  7. Pretty cool story: https://www.pkgrills.com/about-us
  8. They could’ve at least put some peaches in the beans.
  9. I shared an office with an ex-navy nuke until the police caught up to him. He had been molesting his daughter for quite a long time it turns out.
  10. I worked for Washington Group at one point on a DOD contract. They had the construction and production contracts for a chem demil facility. The amount of shit the construction side slide off to production was insane. “I know your missing conduit and nothing in the panel is terminated, but we will go ahead and sign it over and finish it with production folks”. Shit drove me crazy.
  11. Don’t go?
  12. I thought that was you. We’ve never been, but I have a cousin who lives pretty close that loves it. Are you telling me that Auntie Skinners doesn’t turn out quality bartenders?
  13. Was it your parents that owned/own Stillwater?
  14. I dated a 19-20 year old after I got divorced. I was almost 30 at the time. It was fun, but nothing more than that. I had a career, new house and she still lived with her parents. Her pussy tasted like unicorns and rainbows so she had that going for her.
  15. Riverport BBQ is worth the drive.
  16. Wait a minute... You have a friend with, “little kids”? By little you mean 30-40? [emoji3]
  17. If only you had a spiral staircase...
  18. Try this one: https://www.familywatchdog.us/Default.asp
  19. Is that peach in the beans?
  20. There is absolutely no mom shaming going on at all. The cookies go in with the kids before school starts so no one really knows who sent what. Hell we sent two dozen store bought cupcakes also. My wife even specifically mentions those will go first before the flip flops. We do things because we can, not to shame someone who can’t.
  21. lol. I asked her about this:
  22. Negative. We either have 24 flips or 24 flops, no pairs unless you have two right feet. When she called the bakery, they told her they could do them, but they would cost cupcake prices. The $3/per is pretty damn close.
