  1. Is Hamm going to cover Notre Dame as well?
  2. She was worn out from fucking the neighbor/Dyer repair man.
  3. One thing we have done is use an analog to digital converter that will convert four cameras using only one IP address. This allows us to put all of the cameras on the network for a pretty cheap price. I believe that the converters are about $400 each and since they only need one IP address, we only need to buy one additional license for our camera software. We get all of the benefits of IP cameras without having to upgrade everything all at once. Plus it allows us to use TV’s for the operators and not have to buy monitors with BNC connectors which are much more expensive.
  4. Ohh gurl it’s a python [emoji216] snake! lol
  5. My wife put in a grocery order for pickup last night. This morning she went to pick it up since she was off. While she’s out, she takes the kids by Chick-Fil-A to pickup breakfast. About 3.5-4 hours after getting back home she remembers the groceries are still in the car. Guess who got to pickup another $60 grocery order on the way home? While I was waiting on it, I texted her and asked if she could wanted me to bring it in when I got it home or leave it in the car. Tone.
  6. For CCTV’s, yes. We are moving ours to POE (power over Ethernet) and replacing them with IP cameras.
  7. Yup. So many questions. Did you try Pam spray first and it got on everything but your dick?
  8. My cousin is a lawyer locally. I can ask her if they have someone if you would like.
  9. If your username checks out, you could no longer have this issue.
  10. We have one here and it’s passable if your looking for a beer and an El Chirito TV dinner. My in-laws love the damn place, but there is much better Mexican food.
  11. This is not true at all. There's a 3% markup on every item when you do curbside or delivery, and the online price may not be the same as the pricing in your local store. Plus there's a $4.95 personal shopper fee for all orders. (EDIT: This is for HEB) Interestingly, the fee for delivery is only $5 compared to the $4.95 for curbside. But you're expected to tip a delivery driver. Also, HEB is currently offering 4 free curbsides AND 4 free deliveries for new accounts, but I believe they will give existing customer accounts the same deal. I set up a new account and got groceries delivered for the first time yesterday. Honestly I never really looked/cared. I did look and Super1 is 4.95 flat rate unless it’s over $100. Anything over $100 there is no additional charge for. It looks like target is a flat 4.95 charge as well. May as well be free if it keeps me out of the store with two kids.
  12. No, it can just be a pain in the ass when they miss something. Otherwise, there is no extra charge. In our experience, Target seems to be the worst about fucking up the order.
  13. We use curbside pickup at Target and SuperOne. My wife will go to Albertsons for vegetables and fruit. It’s sucks only having 3-4 options for groceries with none of them being HEB or Whole Foods.
  14. Can you tell where you were at so I can make sure I never got there?
  15. Have you thought about a spiral staircase?
  16. It looks like the newspaper has a Facebook page. Have you tried asking them for a copy of the article?
  17. One final update: she was able to come off the oxygen Tuesday morning and by Tuesday night her pulse/ox was back up to 100%. Her pediatrician came through the next morning and kicked us out with instructions to finish up meds at home. Holy shit what an emotional roller coaster of a ride. I don’t know how parents of extremely ill kids handle everything along with the stress of being in the hospital. I almost came unglued on her nurse Tuesday night for disappearing for the second time and her IV was alarming again because she got wrapped up in it.
  18. Click through to the tweet. There are four total pictures.
  19. Thanks everyone. Quick update: my wife got up with her about 1:30 this morning to give her the albuterol treatment. During the treatment she noticed she was taking quick/short breaths. Since this was different than when she went to bed, she work me up saying she needed to go in. I get up and take her to the walk-in ER where they going her pulse ox had dropped to 84. The do labs, chest X-ray, and start an IV. Pneumonia is a bit worse so they make the decision to send us on to the hospital. My baby has handled it like a champ and is passed out in the bed now next to my wife. They think the antibiotics not being changed until yesterday didn’t catch it in time so she needs a little help to get over it. Now we just need to be off oxygen for 24 hours with no fever to get out of here.
  20. We now officially have our first bout with pneumonia. Took the two year old to a walk-in clinic last Monday night for fever/cold symptoms and they said fluid on ear, but it’s not infected. Just watch her and bring back if not better. Tuesday night I get home and she still has fever so I take her to a different walk-in. The ear is now infected (24 hours later). We start the antibiotic but notice thAt the cough gets a little worse, but no more fever. Friday night we decide to start albuterol since we had some leftover to help with the cough. By Saturday afternoon she’s running fever again so we go back to walk-in #2. They do a chest X-ray and determine that her lungs are a bit “reactive” and that both ears are now infected. They leave us on the same antibiotic and tell us to follow up with our PCP. I leave work this morning to take her to her primary care doctor. We get checked in and the nurse sees that her pulse-ox is 93%. The doctor comes in and listens to her lungs and calls for another chest X-ray. The X-ray now shows that she has pneumonia in both lungs (the doctor only heard it in one). It had been about 36 hours since her last chest X-ray that was clear. From that visit we got a shot of antibiotics, oral steroid, and two additional antibiotics to start. When she told me she had pneumonia I almost fell over. I never would have guessed it had gotten that bad. For the TLDR crowd: be careful which walk-in you take your kids to. Some of them don’t know shit and won’t be proactive about anything.
