  1. Spurs fan here. I just wanted to say fuck the bitch ass nephew forever and go Mavs. I'd be extremely satisfied with a humiliating sweep of the post season chokers known as the Clips.
  2. https://www.secrant.com/rant/sec-football/the-aggie-tide-brotherhood-continues-in-the-nfl/96185277/ aggy dick riding Bama and being mocked.
  3. This is reminiscent to Brady leaving the Patriots, except Brady was a FA and had the luxury of walking away while Rodgers does not. New England wasn't doing much to make Brady's life easier and was investing draft capital and free agency money into the defensive side of the ball. Green Bay hasn't been doing much to make Rodger's life easier and has been investing heavily into the defensive side of the ball. It worked out for Brady leaving for Tampa, haters were saying he'd never be shit there and he won a Super Bowl his first season.
  4. I guess when you get shot down for the Vols HC job you can always settle in as an advisor for Tennessee State.
  5. Kind of surprising, the one thing Shaka could do right was send bigs to the NBA.
  6. Go all in on Sampson, he's built UH into competitor and looks primed to reach the final 4. Just a hunch that Beard is using Texas as leverage to rake in even more $$$ than he's already making. No thanks to Ivey, loved the guy as a player he played tough defense, but as a head coach he has zero experience to speak of. I constantly see Juwan Howard comparisons, but they're two completely different scenarios. Howard inherited a stacked roster, Ivey would inherit a roster decimated by transfers and players headed to the next level.
  7. Shaka didn't win a tourney game at Texas over the span of 6 years and Marquette hasn't won a tourney game in 8 years......it's a match made in heaven.
  8. New Beartooth they went heavy again
  9. So we're potentially looking at a roster consisting of Hepa, Ramey, Cunningham and a recruitment class next season? Whoever the coach is will have their hands full. It's going to be a full rebuild.
  10. Watson is in a competition with Cuomo.
  11. It won't be an easy road to the Sweet 16, but if Bama somehow reaches the Sweet 16 you couldn't ask for a better draw because they inflated their win total in a shitty conference and Texas should mop the floor with Bama.
  12. Looking like 0-3 vs TTU is a realistic possibility this season....lulz.
  13. I'm telling y'all the staff needs to go all out Tennessee and arrange for these kids to receive whataburger bags stuffed with 100s.
  14. Let me guess.....LMA to the Nets?
  15. Lol wtf? Swaim is a free agent and pretty sure Foreman was on a one year deal.
  16. This one bangs even more! Classic Chevelle throwback right here. Simple, catchy Drop C riffs accompanied by heavily distorted bass with some good lyrics and the repetitive chorus featured in their earlier albums.
  17. I guess the Bears won't be drafting Sam Elingher.
  18. 48-56 in conference play, that's awful. The roster this year is talented enough to make a deep tourney run, but Shaka won't even sniff the Sweet 16.
  19. The new Architects album is solid.
  20. Avatar is a such a great band worth checking out if you're not familiar with their work. They've been around since the 2000's but didn't gain attention in the US until the mid 2010's with their Feathers and Flesh album which took the band in a new direction. Their earlier work was strictly heavy with harsh vocals, Feathers and Flesh incorporated a more melodic sound yet loosely retaining a heavy sound. The vocalist can change his voice quicker than the flick of a light switch, he's impressive. From their Black Waltz album which is arguably their best album you can feel the singer's emotion in this one and this is one of the best portrayals of what Avatar used to be, This is my favorite Avatar tune also from the Black Waltz album if you didn't know this was a Swedish metal band with the riffs you'd think it was a Southern Metal band. This is where the band took a huge shift with their sound and in my opinion it was for the better and demonstrates how versatile Jonas can be and that he isn't a one trick pony that can scream. This one has hints of AC/DC to it and demonstrates Jonas' wide vocal range. Lastly here we are in the present I feel these two tracks are perfect representations of where Avatar has been and where they're going.

    Deftones

I felt Ohms was innovative and had a fresh, yet familiar sound to it. Their best work? No. Was it a good listen? Yes. Nothing will top White Pony, but Ohms was still a good album.
  22. Can't blame the guy for demanding a trade. They dumped off one of the best receivers for a running back that would be the #2 or 3 back on most teams and Ross Blacklock. Watson has never been protected by a serviceable OL throughout his career and takes a beating. Watson never experienced the luxury of a #1 back that can take pressure off the passing game and BoB's array of deep threat pass catchers went up in smoke.
  23. Whataburger bags stuffed with cash.
