  1. Dream interpretation class? Your friend got scammed.
  2. That’s so impressive I’m willing to let it slide, especially since she hit a cyclist.
  3. Only if we rob their cash register after.
  4. They're moving. The hotel in which they were located was sold, and Poeta is moving to another east side location. https://austin.culturemap.com/news/restaurants-bars/poeta-new-location-govalle/
  5. Probably not. But maybe a couple convenience stores.
  6. Went to Intero for our anniversary a couple weeks ago. It was really good, but great. Both of our mains seemed too rich. We like its sister restaurant Poeta better.
  7. Who wants to go with me to commit some crimes in Jacksboro this weekend?
  8. It’s pronounced “Hah-buh.”
  9. 78759: “I want rain, no thunderstorms. I want soaked lawns, I want flash flooding, I want . . .” Weather: “You’ll get nothing and like it!!!”
  10. My omission was not out of hate. It’s a great movie.
  11. We know you weren't trying. It was effortless.
  12. Why don't you get lost with that serious analysis?
  13. Was she in The Devil In Mrs. Jones?
  14. When he was hired, a lot of us had the Cleveland Indians fan's response in Major League: "Who's this fucking guy?" The "I guess" qualifier is fair, I guess, because I'm not sure how much the fans can say the improved play from guys like Broughton and Collins was Kenny Baker's coaching.
  15. Historically, I don't see Tom Cruise and Keanu Reeves on the same level. Yes, Cruise seems to have gone exclusively to blockbuster big-money action movies over the past several years. But he has a list of fantastic dramatic performances that blow anything Keanu has done out of the water. Risky Business, The Color of Money, Rain Man, Born on the Fourth of July, A Few Good Men, The Firm, Magnolia. I know it seems like forever since Cruise has taken a role like those. But those performances are way beyond Keanu's range. I do like your "adequate actor but tremendous entertainer" label.
  16. Or an intentional work of beauty.
  17. We're all going to start agreeing with his sports takes now, aren't we? Goddam you, Trump.
  18. I was never a fan of Keanu until a couple years ago when my son asked if we could watch John Wick. So we dialed up Chapter 1, and I was hooked. We watched the other chapters equally entertained, and saw Chapter 4 in the theater. I still wouldn't call him a great actor. He has very limited range. But when he does stuff like John Wick and The Matrix, he does them very, very well, and I am entertained. And for whatever it's worth, I've always read that he's one of the genuinely good dudes in Hollywood.
  19. Anthony Hill is going to be pissed at you saying that.
