  3. Welp, been nice knowing you guys. Has Rogan weighed in on this? My first reacting is to say, “Let them die,” and that’s wrong. Lotsa kids out there unvaxxed because their parents are stupid. (While many of those same parents were vaxxed by their own parents.). So the big losers here will be children.

If this opens up the floodgates of kickass American weapons that kill Russians... It's incredibly Machiavellian, but much of our foreign policy always has been. Difference here is the trade is public.
  6. I'm signed up as an early adopter of T Mobile's "Starlink on a phone" feature. Living in the boonies this is something I've wanted for 25 years. But it's Starlink. And fuck Elon. This is why we can't have nice things.
  7. Kids these days. Back when I was young, to steal that much money you needed to stab a guy. 'The biggest heist in digital history' helps send crypto plunging Part of today’s reaction appears to be a couple of days late – analysts believe that one of the problems is a hack on Bybit last week, which was the “biggest heist in digital history”. Last week's 1.5 billion dollar (£1.2 billion) theft of ether, the token which powers the Ethereum blockchain network, from the crypto exchange Bybit, dampened sentiment. The Dubai-based platform, which allows users to buy and sell crypto with one another, said an attacker gained control of someone's digital wallet containing the funds and transferred them to an unknown blockchain address. Bybit's chief executive Ben Zhou said at the time that the platform "is solvent even if this hack loss is not recovered, all of clients assets are 1 to 1 backed, we can cover the loss". https://www.the-independent.com/tech/bitcoin-live-crypto-price-latest-b2704170.html

  13. When you're too stupid to be Trumps friend... Maybe he can beat off in a cup and give it to Laura Loomer.

  19. These government employees with the choice of resigning or being fired. What’s the difference in severance, Cobra, etc? What’s the harm until making them fire you? Not like any subsequent employer is gonna see that as a red mark.
  20. Texas: "Waaaa, Texas weather sucks!" Midwest: "Hold my Caesar."
  21. Didn't know we gave a shit about that back then.
  22. Why were we embargoing them or whatever? Where they being assholes? If so, they coulda avoided the embargo by stopping being assholes. Or is it more complicated than that?
