SEC Championship Game - Scenarios?
Gonna be weird if we lose to aggy turning our argument into, "But we lost to two Top 5 teams".

Mine is more concerned about my "slight" anger issues. I tend to yell a lot. It's genetic.

Wives and the Stupid Shit They Say/Do
Well done. My wife won't get within 3 miles of me during a TX game. She had considered watching this game until about 1 minute in. She fled rather quickly.

Quinn "La Joya" Ewers - The Man The Myth The Mullet, Now Starting for the Miami Dolphins
Just wanna say, it's kind of odd that the two areas for which we had the most supreme confidence going into the year - QB and OL - seem to be the weak spots on the team. In my unprofessional opinion, I think pass rushers are teeing off full speed on Quinn because he refuses to move in the pocket. Just a step to the left, up, or right would alleviate so many of the sacks he's taking. Yes, I know this has already been mentioned, but I'm speaking to the speed and angles at which he receives pressure. It's almost as if the DL and LBs are told to just go straight at him because he'll f up whether they get to him or not. /I don't really know what I'm trying to say. I think I'm still hung over since the Horns forced my into my bourbon stash far earlier than I expected yesterday - first 2 mins.

Halloween/Horror Movie Thread
Has Bone Tomahawk been mentioned? That was surprisingly good. It's kind of like From Dusk Til Dawn. Mostly a western for a half, then the script gets flipped.

Texas vs Vanderbilt - 3:15pm on the SEC Network
I bailed at the Vandy TD in the 3rd. Went and hung out with the cat and cleaned the kitchen. Didn't get the least but upset last week as I considered GA to be as good or better than TX. Today, not so much.

Ok. Call holding. I get it. Can be called on almost every play. That being said, the more talented team should not get 5 (or more) holds called than the less talented team. I don't care what the situation is.

Oh hell yeah. FL plays GA next week while we have a bye. Hopefully, the next 2 weeks can be less stressful before the final 3 games.

Texas vs Vanderbilt - 3:15pm on the SEC Network
I'm not sure we wouldn't have been in a dogfight against OU if they hadn't fumbled 3 times inside their own 50 in the 2nd qtr. Would have been 7-3 at half (hypothetically) w/o those fumbles. If the defense was average to below average, these threads would be entirely different.

That's what gets me. We have, what, 3-4 future NFL players on the Oline, but can't block AND there's multiple holding calls. On the other side, our D line is pretty good, playing against an average to below average line, but not one holding call that I remember.

I love a good story, but not at the expense of my Horns. Pavia's prancing around after the 1st TD + the nonstop dicksucking by the announcers was pretty off putting. Glad our D came to play.

13 points after the 1st qtr against Vandy WITH our defense playing pretty well. Not good, Bob.

LOL. Facemask? His hand touched the dude's helmet. SEC refs SUCK.

SEC Refs Suck
I absolutely cannot believe that hold call on Helm. I mean, I try not to be that guy that blames the refs, but holy shit. And we thought things would even out after leaving the Big 12.

Same EXACT fucking thing that happened to Wingo in the 1st half. Same fucking thing.

Texas vs Vanderbilt - 3:15pm on the SEC Network
Honest question as I've only ever played intramurals brother. Is Quinn doing something wrong on those tips or is it just bad luck?

Texas vs Vanderbilt - 3:15pm on the SEC Network
This is what scares me. Vandy will probably provide the least amount of pressure of any of TX's remaining opponents.

Bounced twice.

Wasn't even just the distance. Land inbounds and run 10 seconds off the clock. Guess that's too much to ask for this scrub. Edit: Meant to quote another post re: the shitty punt.

Trap. Or "Why does M. Knight Shyamalan keep getting allowed to make movies?"
It's out on Showtime. I've been one of M. Knight's last holdouts because I try to view his movies as long Twilight Zone episodes. Some of my favorite TZ episodes require quite a bit of belief suspension. For example, Time Enough at Last. The guy walks aboveground after a nuclear war. No radiation, no fires, no people; just some destruction and the books survived. In this sense, I really did like Signs due to not thinking too much about it. All that being said, this movie is absolutely horrible.

Survivor 47
I said the exact same thing, word for word. Also, how did Andy go from being a complete disaster to one of (imo) the best players in awhile?

I was WAY too young when I watched that movie.
I thought of one out of left field. I was about 7. My younger brothers and I were being babysit by the daughter of my parent's friends while they all go out. As usual, I cant sleep, so I sneak down the stairs to see what she's watching on tv. Sweet! It's a cartoon. I find a spot to sit where she can't see me. Turns out, the movie is something called Wizards which has cartoon boobs and lots of pretty violent cartoon deaths. I was pretty traumatized for awhile.
