  1. She ticks all of the boxes.
  2. I just learned about this... https://wwiifoundation.org/lesson/elvis-and-the-uss-arizona-coming-soon/ Elvis and the USS Arizona The Elvis Presley benefit raised over $60,000 for the USS Arizona Memorial. More importantly, it brought awareness of the cause across the world. With the help of President John F. Kennedy (like Dwight D. Eisenhower, a World War II veteran), the final amount of money was raised for the Arizona Memorial and the Memorial officially dedicated in 1962. Elvis would visit the Arizona Memorial every time he performed in Hawaii. Today, the USS Arizona Memorial is the most visited location in Hawaii by tourists from all over the world, including Japanese visitors. The oil still leaks from the battleship. Very few of those visitors know that Elvis Presley was a major reason why the Memorial exists today. It is part of the legacy of Elvis Presley that needs to be revealed to a wider audience.
  3. The Wire. I tried the first couple of episodes twice. Couldn't get into it.
  4. Yeah. I heard the voice and knew it was her Gloria immediately. It took an internet search to prove it to me though. 65 years old now. I learned she was 41yo playing Gloria 2001. That's pretty good. I always thought Gloria was a little younger.
  5. Gloria Trillo went down hill to The Rock's sister (in Tulsa King).
  6. That was legit awesome.
  7. That would be great! I live in Round Rock.
  8. Mother?
  9. Help please! I neeed to buy a set of beginner clubs for my 16yo son. He's my same height and proportions about six foot, so I think anything that fits me will fit him. I have tried many many tries to hit golf balls consistently. It has never worked out for me, even with lessons and all the money you can throw at a thing like that. I'll be able to tell if a club fits me I guess, which should be close enough for boy. He's only played once with his friends, and he wants a cheap FB Marketplace set, which is fine with me. Or is a Play it Again Sports type of place a better bet? Or a real golf store? I think he just needs the bare minimum - irons, a driver, a putter, and a wedge, a bag....that's probably it. I doubt he even needs shoes yet. Does $150 sound like the right price for a used set? Also, I met a guy at the gym a couple of weeks ago. He's an instructor and he gave me his card for lessons. $100/hr. I asked if that was a good price or not. He said it was a great price if I ask around. Any advice on equipment and lessons appreciated!
  10. All this Nissan Z talk got me looking for what they are offering now. 400HP twin turbo. There's a new Heritage edition with some 90's throw back stuff including the twin turbo rear sticker. It's probably a blast to drive. I drove a new Z seven or eight years ago. It was fast and fun but felt cheap and light plastic. I was used to my 911 though.
  11. And then what happens? That was pretty good!
  12. I say this all the time but no one ever gets it. Someday....
  13. These guys have been around for a long time. This is where I would start. http://www.pyramid-audio.com/
  14. I’m curious how much raffle tickets cost. Two gees?
  15. I doubt there would be a dry spot. Relocate for the Netflix and chill part of the date.
