  1. 519 days from the day he joined the site to his last post. His total post count at 6099, so 11.75 per day. Vanished. He's gotta be here somewhere... feel like we could make an educated guess by narrowing it down to posters who joined within ~30 days of The Pegg-ening that have shown ~same activity level.
  2. This is my favorite part. Going to take a $230k job in Louisiana but gonna build a barndominium? Get the fuck out of here lol, you can buy a mansion.
  3. Us walking up to the next Surly happy hour after climbing out of our Tesla.
  4. Two perfect tickets left...
  5. Beautiful pup. What’s your secret?
  6. More dipshits on scooters
  7. Fuck. Hard one to stomach. My condolences to those of you who sound like you might have known the victim. Can't imagine what that family is going through.
  8. Shit- "Multiple loud explosions just sounded at the doc’s office. APD announced it would be sending a robot in, seconds later a loud blast and what sounded like multiple shots. Silence since. Scene now"
  9. From the bios, she's the only one who has a husband that's listed as another doctor so that could make some sense.
  10. I was heading south on Mopac around 5:45 and saw the Southbound 35th street exit blocked off and then the SWAT truck heading north a minute or two later. What a shitty/unfortunate situation. Really hope the negotiator(s) reach the desired outcome here.
  11. I was curious what recent Austin growth (population / housing prices) has looked like compared to other high growth metros over time (my data only went back to 1982). I looked over 10 year periods and limited sample to metros that began analysis period w/ population > 1M and grew by >25% over 10 years. That left 17 metros and I selected the instance for each metro where housing prices increased the most. Surprisingly (to me) San Francisco and San Jose metros never come close to the population growth cutoff. This obviously doesn't tell the entire story- home prices across the metro aren't increasing uniformly and if you were able to slice the data to just Central Austin, it would be far more pronounced. Don't know that I have a point but thought it was interesting to see the comparison.
  12. So you know LP's who invested with a sponsor who 1) had a bankruptcy spotted track record, 2) had no skin in the game and 3) demanded > market promote terms? Introduce me?
  13. Joined. Okay the real question- what happens when the Surly pool wins the Tesla?
  14. I’m in- I’ll pm you my #.
  15. He will have a good time - and you will have a good time visiting - any of the three.
  16. I bet @NTVTXN's daughter is also a freak in the (spread)sheets. By the way, I'm done @NTVTXN. You didn't deserve this lol
  17. I'll see you in five years, buddy. Always knew I'd end up with a McCombs grad.
  18. You sure you want to see where she's gonna be getting railed?
  19. Got my 57 last night. Fingers are crossed for a $7 hit tonight.
  20. Thanks again for putting me onto this @Nice Guy Eddie. Can't believe how much attention I'm paying to something that might pay out a couple of bucks. I don't have as much deposited as some of you guys so I've only got 360 tickets. After tonight's number I've got 16 tickets this week with 2 numbers already selected. Hoping for a 52 or 57 (either of those would bump 5 cards up to 3 numbers).
  21. In the lawn of a ZZ Top / Aerosmith concert (circa 2010 so they didn't quite have their fastball) I watched the crackwhore in front of us makeout with her deadbeat bf for hours. The party ultimately ended when she puked down his throat / all over his face. Good times.
  22. Don’t know what kind of response you expected from this gaggle of dickheads.
  23. I don't fucking understand this. What has happened today that would change your belief on the integrity of the electoral results? Yes, today was a shit stain on American history and deplorable. But what new facts or conditions do you have to now not object?
  24. I just finished this one. The only way I could see it being suicide is if somehow the mom was involved (i.e. covering it up) like they hypothesized on the podcast. But even that does seem like a stretch. Do you suspect something more nefarious with her involvement? The cell phone is the piece that confuses me more than anything. Based on the condition it was found (years after disappearance) it had to be planted by someone. Phil Klein sounds like a piece of shit. How the fuck is he arriving at his theory that some kid accidentally pulled the trigger on Tom in the football stadium parking lot? I may have missed something, but did he have a single shred of evidence to support that? I know there was the shell casing in the car but how is he pinning it to that location / that scenario?
