  1. I'm trying to get into this, but man it's tough. The first couple of episodes were great--sincere dude way over his skis trying to do good but killing off Scorsese's movie--then it just devolved into Seth Rogan running around as his incredibly insecure, awkwardly desperate self in the most unlikeable ways possible with one of his buds popping in for a cameo of the week.
  2. You know, if ever there was a time to get White Entertaining Television up and rolling...
  3. Because they did Saddam's head like that back in the day for whatever reason.
  4. My overall point was that Israel isn't going to get invaded tomorrow if the United States cut off their weapon shipments. Obviously, it leaves them more vulnerable long term, but their military might still far outclasses their neighbors, with or without us.
  5. Also, "AOC"...drink!
  6. I'll ask again: Where's the "hyperbole" in people being essentially kidnapped without due process, unable to communicate with their families, and sent to a foreign country to be starved and beaten? And what kind of government would you call that?
  7. All the more reason why it's ridiculous that we continue to fund and stock their armories. They don't need our help (anymore) to defend themselves or bomb their neighbors 100 times over.
  8. Any god that would let Ozzy in and kick Hulk Hogan's "All-American" ass to the curb is okay by me.
  9. These idiots would legit be shocked how barely left of center (if at all) America's Democratic Party would be considered in pretty much any other first world democracy on the planet. But when you only consume "radical left this, socialist that, Communist this, Marxist that, woke this, trans that" from propagandists, this is what you get.
  10. They did. Then they were all pardoned.

  12. Before you said this, if someone had asked me, "Is Ric Flair dead, or is he wrestling in a match this weekend?" I would have hemmed and hawed for like 5 minutes.
  13. Which means they've already reached the the point in their minds where they've rationalized his involvement in organized child trafficking as something they can temporarily look past, so he can continue his terrific agenda for the good of the country I know a few myself.
  14. And Margie Robbie is kind of attractive.
  15. But is there anyone, anywhere still left with the power to investigate those questions and actually do something useful with the answers?
  16. But, hey, at least they escaped the liberal, woke hellscape of [checks notes] Texas.
  17. I'll believe that when I see it. Officially going "against" Israel by cutting off their weapon supply and limiting our support is still political suicide, and this administration sure as shit aren't going to be the ones to buck the trend.
  18. Bouncing around the streaming world with mini-seasons and multi-episode specials made it almost impossible to figure out when/where to watch the new stuff and if there even were going to be traditional "seasons" moving forward. Then the world because exceedingly difficult/depressing to satire. But releasing this essentially the day after signing a massive contract from the network that's most notably bending over for Trump is definitely going to garner some cultural relevance.
  19. It's 2025, and the pinnace of right-leaning comedy is still "this woman kind of looks like (or might be??) a man" and "this guy looks or acts 'gay'." Truly just remarkable wit.
  20. Welp, I guess we're going to learn quickly if free speech still gets to be a thing.
  21. The lesson there is "be cautiously skeptical of all your media sources" not "find someone entertaining who you agree with on YouTube and believe whatever they tell you."

    South Park

Well, it's been a good 20+ years since we've had congressmen and talking heads up in arms about the harm that South Park is doing to children. I suppose we were due. Maybe Matt and Trey will finally get an invite to a Congressional hearing.
  23. No one's "mad" at you. I just feel like I'm getting told how widespread something is by Helobious explaining how many "top commenters" on Reddit are responding.
  24. If this is "some of the funniest shit you have ever seen" then, for the sake of the gene pool, please do not reproduce.
