  7. No surprise hiring Sherrone, but it feels like Michigan football is headed thru another rough patch for awhile. Having a 12 team playoff now, and seeing Michigan possibly missing it for the next 3 years will be tough for wolverine fans. It feels like they just kicked the can down the road 3 years to a rebuild and hiring a quality new head coach.
  8. Bumping to 2024 thread... Might see Todd Dodge go to Lucas Lovejoy HS https://footballscoop.com/news/todd-dodge-lucas-lovejoy-comeback

ZACH BARNETT 6 HOURS AGO Texas A&M head coach Mike Elko continues filling out his first staff with three additions to the offensive support staff, all of whom have previous ties to coordinator Collin Klein. Josh Buford will join as an analyst working with quarterbacks. A former Kansas City area high school coach, Buford spent 2021 as a defensive analyst at Hawai'i before coming to K-State in 2022. He helped the Wildcats win the Big 12 in 2022 and served as the quarterbacks coach for K-State's Pop-Tarts Bowl win over NC State. Christian Ellsworth will come over as an analyst working with tight ends after doing the same at Nebraska in 2023. 11. Starting to think GJ is just not good at personnel decisions... Chad Morris back in college coaching, per report ZACH BARNETT 2 HOURS AGO In 2010, Tulsa threw for 3,650 yards and 31 touchdowns behind the combination of Chad Morris and GJ Kinne; the former was the offensive coordinator and Kinne the Golden Hurricane's quarterback. In 2024, Kinne and Morris are back together. Texas State's head coach has hired Morris as the Bobcats' wide receivers coach, according to a report Friday from Dave Campbell's Texas Football. The job will be Morris's first on-the-field coaching position since 2020, his lone season as Auburn's offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach. He spent 2021 as the head coach at Allen (Texas) High School, 2022 as an analyst at South Florida and 2023 in the same role at Clemson. Texas State experienced its best season in decades under Kinne, its first-year head coach. The Bobcats won eight games, including the First Responder Bowl, the program's first postseason win at the FBS level. Morris replaces Craig Stutzmann, who took the offensive coordinator role on Ken Niumatalolo's new staff at San Jose State.

  15. Arizona's staff gonna be difficult to manage... seems like "too many cooks in the kitchen" Dino Babers returning to Arizona as offensive coordinator ZACH BARNETT 2 HOURS AGO Dino Babers is returning to Arizona as offensive coordinator, sources confirmed to FootballScoop on Thursday. I'll be his second stint in Tucson. He was there from 1995-2000, serving as the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach for the final three of his six seasons. In 2000, when Babers was U of A's offensive coordinator, he worked above a 27-year-old GA named Brent Brennan. Arizona represents Babers's first OC appointment in more than 20 years. He left Tucson to serve as Texas A&M's offensive coordinator from 2001-02. It'll be his first job as an assistant since 2011, when he was Baylor's special teams coordinator and wide receivers coach under Art Briles, and before landing the head coaching job at Eastern Illinois. He'd go on to lead EIU, Bowling Green and Syracuse for the past 13 seasons. The return to Arizona represents the 15th move in the former Hawaii player's well-traveled career. Babers entered coaching at his alma mater in 1984.
  16. Joe DeCamillis may not be back at Texas for the 2024 season...
  17. Kstate gonna bring something like below banners for next game at iowa state 😁
  18. Sabalenka served too well for Coco to get back into the match in Set#2. Coco still has bigtime 2nd service issues -- too many double faults. Ugh
  19. Already 8 double faults serving for Coco and it's just game #1 in Set#2 🙄
  20. Serving up 30 love and 6-5, and Coco misses an easy forehand... Damn, costs her Set#1 in a tiebreaker. Coco fought back so hard from early slow start in Set#1 down 0-2. Fuk
