  1. This is the first I’ve heard of this. Tell me about these dumb people.
  2. Neither are a good choice as both are just white trash human beings to their core. Just incredible that we share a country with 77 million people who think either of these horrific people care even one iota about them.
  3. I hope his ghost shows up with the grim reaper on Inauguration Day and does one last good thing for the country.
  4. I saw this story and the smear campaign isn’t cool. Other than that it’s really, really wealthy people taking on people who also have money. Just don’t care. Life is way too short for stuff like this.
  5. I love my two dogs, but I would not take them to a restaurant with me. I know people that do and it’s their choice to do it. In general though I agree about dogs not being in restaurants unless they are service dogs. Those should be allowed without question.
  6. One of the things that really was not fun about NYC was once it was fully legalized I could not even sit in a park without smelling it everywhere. I was fully in support of it being legal, but one unintended consequence was the entire city smelling like it. When I had first moved there I really enjoyed sitting in the park at Union Square. Eventually I just stopped going to parks altogether outside of one place where you couldn’t smoke anything.
  7. Oh for sure. I mean you can never say with 100 percent certainty what a coach will do, especially if a blue blood shows up on your doorstep offering you whatever you want in terms of money. I guess the hope would be that he is more in the vein of a Mark Few who likes where he is than a coaching nomad like Larry Brown was.
  8. I think he will be where he’s at for a good long time. It’s always been home for him and he now is going to get the support he needs to get some talent upgrades. I said it a few days ago, but sometimes coaches and schools meet at exactly the right time. I believe this is one of those instances. I was honestly not expecting much from this game and thought the moment might be too big, but Dillingham stayed the course and Skattebo had himself a game. Hopefully it portends good things going into next season.
  9. I don’t think you actually realize he means what he is saying. He’s followed Sarkisian’s career since he was still in high school.
  10. The coach on the other sideline later on today seems to think otherwise about Sarkisian and his abilities as an OC. “There’s a lot of good offensive schemes out there, and then there’s offensive coaches who change their scheme and are constantly getting better,” Dillingham said Monday. “I think that’s something that he’s done as good if not better than anybody in the country is if you turned on his tape from 10 years ago, it’s going to be unrecognizable to his tape right now. That is very challenging to do when you’re successful. When you’re successful, you want to keep doing what got you successful. “It’s very challenging to be, in my opinion, to be humble enough to constantly continually adapt to the current landscape to the rules. You can’t cut block on the perimeter, to RPOs and how they change the game in terms of substitution patterns, and now you can slow teams down that sub late. You couldn’t do that 15 years ago. He has always adapted with the game and almost been ahead of the curve a little bit, and that’s really challenging to do.”
  11. I did too. It didn’t drag at all to me. What a great film. Depp’s scenes of possession were incredibly well done.
  12. What is it that you aren’t getting in that reply? A young team loses his best and only weapon at receiver? That spells a long night for him against UT. He’ll have to learn from what is about happen. It won’t be pleasant for ASU on either side of the ball.
  13. Why not both? 😊
  14. Oh for sure. It is one of the better coaching jobs anyone has done in a good long while considering the talent discrepancy. I paid scant attention back in August. I figured that maybe being in the Big XII would equal a bowl game if everything went really well. I like that this job is Dillingham’s dream job. He obviously is putting in not just work, but the positivity he exudes seems to translate really well to how his players respond to him. Sometimes coaches and schools just match at the right time. I think he could have a Gary Patterson type of career with some higher highs if he can build a better defense and bring in more talented players over the next 3-4 seasons.
  15. That loss was for sure a big one. Taking away the receiver that was the best from a young QB will probably lead to some predictable results against a team that’s far and away the best ASU will have seen this year. This will be a good learning experience I think in how to deal with adversity early and often against a supremely superior opponent in the Horns.
  16. I went shopping earlier and saw this. Seeing this in a prominent display in any store would have been unthinkable before Clark became the face of the WNBA.
  17. That is a beautiful way to live life. I live by a really similar saying I made to give my own life a positive direction. I’ll never achieve even a modicum of what President Carter did though. His lifetime of giving to others is just amazing to me. He is the best of us.
  18. Anytime I hear someone say all Americans are selfish and don’t care about others I can point to President Carter’s life. He is one of the kindest and most compassionate people we have ever had. He is the best of what America can be. The man’s legacy of giving to others is unparalleled and has no equal. If you asked me to have a Mount Rushmore of politicians who did for others first instead of themselves President Carter and the late congressman John Lewis would be the first two on it. What a loss today is for America, but I am so glad he can now rest. We will never see the likes of him residing in the Oval Office ever again. Just an incredible human being that words just cannot fully do justice for.
  19. Very pronounced, but it’s cool. UT wins easily and I can still pull for them to finish the deal. It will be fun to see the aggy implosion with the Horns winning it all in their first year in the big boy conference. Aggy will keep on doing humorous aggy things on and off the field that never results in anything outside of mediocrity.
  20. I would have James Harden do an infomercial on the social life of athletes at ASU. Maybe even just make him the school’s minister of culture and have him show the new recruits how to get even more women with all that NIL money. Perhaps he could even get the basketball team a few Big XII caliber basketball players and a real basketball coach.
  21. Small up front, but this season is the result of a cohesive offensive line, a fun back with an excellent name, a young QB playing well and a head coach that is quickly ascending to being one of the elite coaches in the college game at age 34. None of that means a whole lot as the season ends on January 1st. Considering this was supposed to be a year of being a bottom feeder I think this has been more than a sufficiently excellent season. Perhaps some of the longer tenured ASU folks can speak more to that since football mostly has done a whole lot of nothing for a long time. Where ASU has an advantage over every program in the Big XII is location combined with hopefully a willingness to spend going forward. The next thing Coach Dillingham should do is get in some bigger guys upfront. Go put a sign up in American Samoa advertising free cars or whatever for recruits. Just get some big fellas up front on defense. I trust him to make some really good decisions.
  22. I pass a Tesla store every day. All I can do is laugh when I see what is in there being advertised. The brand will be a complete dumpster fire in short order.
  23. Narcissism is a heckuva drug.
  24. Suffolk County is where all the worst of New York goes to live. I worked out there before and I was glad when I was done.
  25. This is who he has always been. I suspect that if someone did an unauthorized biography of his life you would find stories like this stretching the entirety of it. It’s just magnified now due to his obscene wealth and negative impact upon society.
