  1. His crash is going to be the biggest belly up in the history of the modern world. I hope I find him on a street corner in Durban one day begging for food. He deserves to be thrown to the sharks there. Pretty sure most South Africans would volunteer to make it happen.
  2. This is example eleventy billion in Russia’s despotic history of the value their culture places upon human life. The world would be better off just walling off the country from the rest of civilization. As horrific as TFG is at the moment this is a country with century upon century of examples of how little the life of a person matters. At a certain point the blame for how Russia operates cannot just be placed upon Putin and his cronies when generation after generation operates in this manner.
  3. We’re not king of negativity. We’re just not.
  4. That whole tourism thing is not going so well. We'll do better out here because we're not on the mainland and tourists from Japan, South Korea and China are still going to make it here. Tourism in the continental US? Good luck keeping your jobs in tourist areas. Should see a good amount of restaurant closures across the major tourist cities this year as well as many hotel chains taking some huge hits.
  5. Any reasonable Lakers fan (Haha I know) can say that our championship for this season was getting Luka. The roster has no credible center that Luka can use to get easy points. LeBron is getting way too many minutes, but again there is no credible big. Rui is overextended as well, but he plays hard and generally makes the right play on offense. He works well with Luka. This team just has to find two bigs who can run with Luka. He gets that and things change quite a bit for next year’s outlook.
  6. I didn’t see the game, but his line seems like his normal Big Game James line. This guy will make the Hall of Fame on the first ballot and yet he will have choked in almost every single big playoff game. It’s incredible just how not good this guy is when his team needs him the most. The only time I can remember him coming up big was that one game with the Sixers. I look forward to whatever person introduces him for his Hall of Fame induction and proceeds to have to lie about how great he was.
  7. That story made me laugh only because that is exactly how things work out here. The Ryan brothers are national treasures. Somebody has to pick up the slack and attempt to fill the role of The Old Pirate in college football.
  8. In that scenario there is no way they don't actually have him get those tattoos in El Salvador before he returns. Evidence issue solved for TFG. Now he can just drop him off at the Mexican border and say case closed.
  9. Europe doesn't like us. Canada doesn't like us. Most of Africa would shoot us into the sun due to Elon if given the chance. Bob in Idaho this is all your fault for not being more patriotic and sending money to your favorite president!
  10. Sounds like a great time to bomb some Russians. Shouldn’t have any problems finding them on the 9th.
  11. Every accusation with this cult.
  12. Wait until Shedeur gets shipped to Dallas for a 7th round pick next off-season. I was honestly shocked Dallas did not pick him. That would have been the most Jerruh thing ever.
  13. Gotta admire @realgreggymfor starting this thread then never coming back once things predictably went south in a hurry with the adults back in charge. Since he always talks so much about his playing days on the basketball forum I decided to see some of the team pictures for the years he would’ve been a player. There are high school teams I have seen play over the past 30 years that would murder the teams he played on at UT. One of the team pictures looks like a bunch of guys from a 24HR Fitness that showed up and got handed jerseys.
  14. Cas Evac is for casualty evacuation so you did indeed hear it right @austingirl.
  15. I feel that this adds a level of authenticity to the film. The Americans did not come out as heroes at the end. Their mission was not completed. The evacuation was a horror show. I feel like that was the point. We got probably as close a look as any civilian such as myself will get to seeing how war looks when things go sideways. To me it takes a lot to make a film about what may have been the weakest and most helpless moment these guys had as soldiers. I appreciated what was shown. War is not fun and it is not a game. Men and women die and do not come home when stuff goes wrong. For those of you in this thread who served all I can say to you is thank you. It’s not adequate to say the least. I am pretty defensive about defending the men and women that serve so thank you for doing what most of us will never do.
  16. I followed this draft, well, about as much as I follow hockey. I guess since I do not have a team I root for that I'll just root for Skattebo to truck some people while playing for the Giants. He'll probably have a pretty short career, but it'll have some good fireworks while it lasts. Glad he's getting an opportunity to play in the NFL.
  17. He’s all of it. A terrible human being with no restraint and no one to tell him to shut up and go away. American wealth built this idiot and hopefully it’ll be America that takes it all away from him when we come out the other side. For now this clown will now focus more attention on making sure EVERYONE hates Tesla. I am all for him destroying the company. He does not use any restraint with his thought process or how his actions are almost never in the best interests of any company or group he is associated with. If nothing else he is an interesting study for psychologists in how a completely deranged neurodiverse mind works when there are no guardrails put upon it.
  18. This is probably the only issue I have. I don’t care about test scores. Those tests are ridiculous anyhow. Doing what that front office guy did was pretty cowardly. If you think he sucks just attach your name to it.
  19. I don't think that he will, but I also will take the not giant leap of saying Dillon Gabriel will do the same thing as every other Browns QB and either get hurt or fail or both. Neither of these guys are surviving that franchise without being maimed at some point.
  20. I assumed that they must still be on active duty and possibly special forces.
  21. Well yes you would think he might want to tell his helicopter dad to go sit in the waiting room with LaVar Ball. I am not certain that even being sent to the 7th circle of football hell is going to do it, but we'll see.
  22. Did not think this is how I would learn that meaning, but thanks Shedeur for going to the Browns. He's going to get murdered playing for them. Joe Thomas isn't walking through that door.
  23. I don’t care if he is kind or not. That is not the point. I do not care what any of the access merchants put out there in this sport or any other sport. That is as clear as I can say it.
  24. You are not doing that right.
