  1. This is accurate. There were too many fucking people.
  2. In the car on the way out to Farmingdale (took longer to get going, so would have missed the train). We should be at the gates at 5:30. Early AM beer...haven't done that is a long time. Might have to start with bubbles. This is capping off a stellar sports attendance year.
  3. I am a fan of Sainz. Good to see Smooth Operator have a great weekend. Were were oh so close to him in the Paddock at Imola.

  6. LOL. I had clicked on the F1 thread, but I was also distracted and on my phone. LOL.
  7. From Imola after FP2. I was so happy for Carlos this past weekend.
  8. FYI, You Know Who, who was at the UN yesterday, will attend Friday AM. They are saying to allow for extra time for additional security. I am planning on taking that train out that gets me there as close to 5 as I can. We have hospitality access, so that 6:30 AM beer will hit hard.
  9. Well, I’ll find out as I’m going to the Ryder Cup Friday.

  11. You do not say what Charlie Kirk said about women, women of color, LGBTQ+, Muslims, etc... if you are a real Christian. A Christian Nationalist, sure. But not a real, old school, Christian.
  12. Timothy Dolan is very conservative, and I would love to see Leo remove him from New York.
  13. Mine voted yes, but he is retiring. Nadler.
  14. Penn Station.... Shudder I never even think about going to Penn anymore with the LIRR out of Grand Central. East Side FTW.
  15. Ana is doing his best troll routine. Please neg and move on. Stop engaging him.
  16. I am trying to think through my 2026 plans. I know I am going to go somewhere in the Spring for a week. Thinking beach. Maybe Greece. September is more complicated. We are planning on doing the F1 race in Madrid September 11-13, then I have a wedding in Venice on September 26. So as of now, I am planning on flying out on the 9th and doing the following: Madrid - September 10-15 TBD Venice - September 25-30 I figured that I could split the time between Madrid and Venice up and do 2 places with 5 nights each. The question becomes where. Where all have you gone over the last few years, in Europe, that were amazing?
  17. https://www.mta.info/ Yes, train is going to be the best way. Not sure where you are staying, but if you are close to Grand Central, that might be your easiest way out. You can take the 7 to one of the LIRR stations and then get an earlier train than departing the LIRR from Manhattan (based on what I saw, trains start at 6 AM). Download Citymapper. That is the best app once you are here.
  18. Keens is now owned by Tilman Fertitta. I have not been since he bought it. I have heard good things about La Tete d'Or, which is Daniel Boulud's steakhouse. Hawksmoor, a London import, is very good. Their Sunday roast is outstanding. 4 Charles Prime Rib has been on my list. It is almost impossible to get a table. That being said, the same folks took over Monkey Bar, so that is also a possibility. Delmonico's is on my list since they reopened. The Grill, Gallaghers, Gage & Tollner, and St. Anselm are all good possibilities as well.
  19. You have been given multiple examples of Charlie Kirk being a complete POS, including video evidence, but you keep telling people to give you examples. We have, asshole. Now, go away.
