  1. username suggests you liked the left boob better anyway.
  2. I got to go backstage for Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers and/or Mudcrutch several times, as my older brother was a friend of Tom’s and they both shared early 1970s Gainesville shenanigans. I only saw them a couple times before they left Gainesville in 1973 - I think. But they were generous with their time when we saw them. This was long after they had settled down as married men and fathers, and not actively rounding up groupies. Which was unfortunate. All I got.
  3. I guess he’s no longer living here in Allentown…
  4. While Nicole’s religious beliefs are not of the mainstream, I for one I am not going to theology-shame her for doing what she thinks is in the best interest of a person’s eternal soul.
  5. If the current Epstein issue was one photo:
  6. “It’s just purely coincidental that the Heritage think tank wanted to hire her right now for $1 million a year…and God spoke to her in a dream and said to take the job. Stop spreading liberal fake news.“
  7. She’s 65 now, religious and into being a Memaw who bakes cookies for the grandchildren… …and a bit of Church Lady who fights - could it be - SATAN!!?? It is amazing to me all of the wild childs I knew in my youth who are now very judgmental, prudish old people - disapproving of people doing the same things they used to enjoy doing themselves - all while feigning absolute amnesia about things they did when they were younger. Sad. Bigly.
  8. This is a nice concise bit to share around the Interwebs with family and friends suffering from Cult-itis
  9. 1) Give him a break. He checked with the Head of HR and it was fine (I’m just assuming I’m not the first person to say that) 2) 55 years into having sex, my single mom blonde Cajun coworker from “back Vacherie”, as she called, still sits atop my record books for ‘best oral sex orgasm ever produced’. This is the same gal who would drive to my apartment when I was sick and give me homemade gumbo and blowjobs so I would feel better - and then leave. As I learned today from this thread, she may have had Brazilian ancestry. So let me just throw a, “not so fast, my friend” in here.
  10. For some time I’ve been kicking around buying a Marantz Cinema 70s AV Receiver to up my movie sound game a bit. it was on the low end of the AVR spectrum, being only $1000. I instantly ordered it online once Trump announced the 30% Japan, Korea, tariffs. I looked five minutes ago on the Marantz site - it is now $1,300. So yes, it is now a thing.
  11. Oh wait…..not GREEN door. Gotcha.
  12. If they can’t figure out why you have pulmonary embolisms (i.e., what “provoked” it), you wind up like me - having to take Eliquis for the rest of my life. My Onc thinks I had Delta variant Covid, because I had a slight fever about eight days before my MRI showing all my PEs - but since I was never covid tested at the time, it’s blood thinners forever. When I questioned continuing to take it, my doctor told me that 40% of pulmonary embolisms are found on autopsy. Fuck. Eliquis it is then.
  13. We don’t always get our hopes…
  14. My working theory is that one of the other bomb disposal officers thought that one of the bombs looked like a dog.
  15. Sign here. We are going to sue that supposed…MRI…. if it really is an “MRI”….. for everything they’ve got!!!
  16. 50,632 gallons of Diet Coke?
  17. i’ve always found history fascinating. It is often a template on how to deal with current problems.
  18. Louisiana’s US Senator Kennedy just called for Trump to release everything have to do with Epstein. Make no mistake, politicians will protect Trump to keep getting elected as long as sticking with Trump won’t get them unelected
  19. The more I think about it, I’m wondering if Roberts is simply thinking about Marbury V Madison - and also thinking about the apocryphal statement by either Stalin or Hitler, I forget who, when presented with the popes unhappiness with their regime stating, “and how many divisions does the pope have?” It’s like they know when they finally say no to Trump on something very important, he is going to go ahead and do it anyway and ignore them. Which will leave the high court in the same position. It was Wayback when - the court has power only because the other two branches will agree to recognize that Power. The court knows that Congress and Trump will ignore it, so maybe they are definitely afraid of losing their job. If no one cares, what the court says, they become instantly irrelevant. And I’m not talking about all of them, just two or three of the least evil ones. Clarence will agree that Trump can rape and kill babies without any constitutional problems, so he and Sam are not gonna do anything once he tells the court to fuck off. I just wonder if three of them are worrying too much about the constitutional crisis to come when Trump says I don’t care what you say Scotus…at least about more meaningful and crisis inducing refusals than he has been.
  20. Well, then, thoughts and Russian Orthodox prayers…
  21. Detective helpful of the Oakland PD just texted me that they have arrested the second guy involved in the crime of a century, and the DA will be charging him momentarily. I don’t know the circumstances of finding the second guy, if the first guy sold him out to get a lenient sentence, or they figured it out some other way like cell records from this brainiac duo. <“dog, I’m coming by to pick you up. Don’t forget your mask this time asshole….”>
  22. i’m sorry, but you’re confusing things like criminal convictions and impeachment results with the court of public opinion. Among the MAGA base there has never been this type of revolt since his first term. I don’t think anyone is naïvely thinking he will be impeached, but if 5 or 10% of his idiot supporters who voted sit the next election out, that would be a wondrously positive thing that he did not wiggle out of. Assuming, you know, we will be allowed to have elections, and Trump won’t shut down the post office so that mail and ballots can’t be counted. Normal stuff now.
