  1. My personal favorite was S6:E19 "The Unnatural". Jesse Martin plays an alien in 1940s Roswell, NM masquerading as a Negro League baseball player.
  2. I hear ya. That's why I didn't post George Michael's Freedom. It was released in 1990. Linda Evangelista. Mmmmmm...
  3. I always thought the Milton Berle cameo was pretty funny.
  4. I guess I caught him on a rare good night. He put on a solid show the time I saw him. The thing I remember about that show was that the opener, some guy I had never heard of before or since, told this story about how tight he was with DAC and that he said he would come out and play a song with him. He gets the crowd chanting David Allan! David Allan! for about five minutes. He never came out.
  5. While I think this conversation begins and ends with Hendrix's version of Watchtower, SRV's version of Voodoo Child is solid, but not as good as his version of Little Wing.
  6. Saw Pantera at the Tower Theater in Philly. This is an actual theater with fixed seating, so no where for a mosh pit. Some kid managed to jump on stage and strutted across and dove head first into the seats. Security came over and grabbed him and started escorting him out when Phil stopped the song and told them if they threw the kid out they were leaving and then they will have a couple thousand pissed off people to deal with. They let him go and Phil came down and shook his hand and told him that was some crazy shit. That opened the flood gates and dudes were jumping up on stage the rest of the show. Security was all like Whatever... At a Metallica show, random chick was on some dude's shoulders flashing everyone. Next thing I know, the dude beside me says to his buddy, "Hey, isn't that your sister?" His buddy was pissed.
  7. You can add complete games to that list (749/75)
  8. Then I'll have to put my crystal ball in for the Carlisle Indian Industrial School.
  9. Too many "I am told"s. Not sure if I should believe any of it.
  10. I guess you didn't know that they had four albums before the Black album.
  11. Welcome to The 40! Hook 'Em! \m/
  12. I love Arc Angels, but I never got to see them in concert. While I was at UT, I would go to see Doyle and Charlie whenever they were in town, but the closest I got to seeing Arc Angels was The Mighty Zor (the Arc Angels with Denny Freeman in place of Charlie). Well, one night Zor were playing at Antone's and about half way through the concert, I looked up at the balcony area they had to the left of the stage and there was Charlie. He finally came down for the encore and the place went crazy. That was my favorite Austin music memory.
  13. Stanton off to a good start. On pace for 324 HRs this year.
  14. Bill the Cat: Lead Singer of the heavy metal band DeathTongue
  15. Just as funny the second time through. Looking forward to the weekly updates.
  16. Metallica (…And Justice For All) with opener Queensryche (Operation: Mindcrime) in 1988 First time seeing Metallica. Was not disappointed. Had never heard of Queensryche before that, but they were great. Mindcrime is still one of my favorite albums.
  17. Cross posting from the hidden content thread: Anyone else having problems seeing the text in hidden content with the new black chrome theme? The text is there. If you highlight the hidden region, you see the text. Looks like the black chrome theme changes all text to white, but doesn't change the hidden background to black/grey, so it's white text on white background.
