ESPN NFL Draft analyst raves over Texas' portal addition of Andrew Mukuba

by: Grant Grubbs   •6 hours ago

On Monday, former Clemson defensive back Andrew Mukuba committed to Texas, via the NCAA Transfer Portal. ESPN NFL Draft analyst and insider Matt Miller raved about the Longhorns’ massive addition.

“Massive get for Texas. I know of NFL scouts who had a top 100 grade on Mukuba. He’s one of the 10 best players to hit the portal in my opinion,” Miller wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter.

Miller’s praise is well-warranted. According to the On3 transfer portal Industry Rankings, Mukuba is the No. 14 overall prospect to enter this cycle. At the time of his commitment, no defensive back was ranked higher. Mukuba is expected to immediately be a starters for the Longhorns.

In 35 games for the Tigers over the last three seasons, Mukuba recorded 31 starts. Throughout his career, he has posted 142 tackles, 15 pass deflections, a sack and an interception. Mukuba boasts extreme positional versatality, able to effectively play safety and nickel.

Mukuba played high school football at Austin (TX) LBJ, where he was a four-star prospect. He was the No. 123 overall recruit in the 2021 cycle, according to the On3 Industry Rankings, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.

When Mukuba entered the transfer portal December 5, Texas was the first program to receive legitimate buzz around the coveted DB. Along with being from the Austin area, Mukuba’s former high school coach Jahmal Fenner is now the Texas director of high school relations.

Mukuba is the second transfer portal addition for the Longhorns in the 2023-24 portal cycle, joining wide receiver Matthew Golden.

Got damn! I have a love/hate for AI.

That is the perfect woman.

Yeah, there are a couple (maybe a few) obviously AI shots of what seems to be a younger Kate Beckinsale-type with even bigger tits, pointier nips and ridiculously cut abs. The real thing is good enough, though she’s sadly seemed to take a detour down Plastic Alley in the last couple years (see her Paramount Plus series).
