Kind of like the classic Cotton Bowl at Fair Park...I do wonder what those stadiums do when there's no football. I know they have some other functions and games...but can't imagine it's enough really to keep them going.

Spoiler alert, the 405 is not the “only way” to the Rose Bowl.

From Benedict Canyon up and over to the 101 to the 10 to the 110 there are a variety of zigzag options to get into The Valley and then over to Pasadena and the Rose Bowl…

It’s just that they are all a whipping. The mental hurdle is as much of a deterrent as the Santa Monica mountains. (a.k.a. “the hills above Bel Air”, “the hills above Beverly Hills” & “the Hollywood Hills” in this area between the 405 & the 101 north of the Hollywood Bowl & south of Barham.)

I think he meant 405 to inglewood.  Point still stands as other routes south exist like la brea

They're going to have a gondola to Dodger Stadium, why not a gondola from UCLA to SoFi?

Get in line on Tuesday for a game.  Catch the final Gondola load leaving Monday night.

Rose Bowl does quite a few concerts and soccer games, but they have a limit on how many events they can host in a year due to the stadium being literally right in the middle of a neighborhood.
