weird game... but still not interesting.  Texans 5 FG. Denver long snapper gets a late hit out of bounds.   Maybe I'm just hungover from yesterday.

Unfortunately, this is what we get in most NFL games.

Nice illegal block on the edge to spring the 3rd down run.

Shame it wasn't it was were it could easily be seen like I don't know, on the edge of the formation on the short side of the field.

Did Darrell Johnson just give flowers to a Denver safety who was 5+ yards away from the wide open receiver for possibly being in position to catch an overthrown pass if it hadn't been tipped and no mention that if Mills can get the ball to Kirk he might have run away from the above mentioned safety?

Run blocking for Smith on all those runs has taken its toll.

Missed the 1st half, what happened to C.J.?  He going to be alright?

This is kind of funny.

According to David, Fox's expert official, and the booth nothing.

If you ask some of this  thread,he had scrambled, went into an obvious slide, and was hit by a Denver defensive back resulting in CJ hitting his head on the turf and was concussed.

Pick your version.

I'll go with the SECSECSEC refs version.  Sonofabitch.

It was a clean hit. CJ slid late.

The defender was already making the play. They are never going to call that unless they go for the neck and head.

They actually did call it on the field, the booth is who changed the call and that is the issue.

They are not consistent with that call and how they go about "protecting quarterbacks".

They made the right call in the booth. But it's OK to disagree.
