Diego Pavia - The Chihuahua that thinks he's a Mastiff

And it's not Pavia's behavior that should have forced him into reflection about his vote. Pavia was nails against Tennessee. Had a good season. But come on, Rece. The best player in college football? You fucking doink.

“I’ve voted for the Heisman for 20-something years,” he said. “I’ve only regretted my vote two times: One time it was because of on the field and I was unfair in my judgment toward a person. In my effort to be fair, I ended up being unfair to the person I should have voted for. This one was different. I regretted the vote because after Pavia’s behavior in the aftermath, I was like ‘Man, I’m glad he didn’t win.’ I’m glad he didn’t win. That’s not the way you should feel about a player as great as Pavia is on the field.”

I wonder who the other person was.

Either VY or Jeanty. Both were robbery.

I have to admit that I admire Mr. Pavia.

Yes, he is an asshole, but at least he's authentic, unlike so many people who hide their nastiness (I'm looking at you, Sherrone Moore)
He wouldn't have been on the stage for a Heisman if he wasn't an asshole, because that is what drove him from his nothing background to college football success.  As the old joke goes: "He's perfectly balanced. He has a chip on each shoulder." Like Baker Mayfield, he has a, "me against the world," attitude that he uses for fuel.

Ultimately, he will be the greatest force in his own destruction, and he seems to be well on his way to failure.

Finally, say what you want, but at least he is always entertaining, and I'd rather be entertained by his Surly-fueled antics than all the boring folks.

This is what I'm here for,  I'm waiting for the Johnny Football laying on a swan in a pool chugging from a bottle stage.

Thanks. It's going to be glorious, but I'm not sure it will ever top Johnny Football there, which is the most Surly Horns thing I've ever seen.

All the posts saying his draft stock collapsed.  Uhh. He’s barely 5’9”.  Too big to be a jockey, too little to be an nfl qb.  He never had a draft stock.

A 5’7” qb went 1/1 a few years ago.

Diego admiring Manziel is all you need to know. He’s a short Jophnnhy f…

Can't wait to watch his sawed off runs get obliterated in the NFL. The only thing he has in common with Manziel is his lack of awareness. That trait does not translate well in the NFL where everyone is faster than you.  Everyone is already bigger than this clown. I can't wait to see the remake of Debbie Does Dallas staring his mon.

If you think that NM redneck Hispanics aren’t racist, you haven’t spent much time around them.

He's got to still be feeling pretty good today after the 3-hour blowjob from the guys calling his game yesterday.

Insert <notsofastmyfriend.gif> here.

He is not going to be paid by the NFL, except as a practice squad player. If NCAA eligibility rules are completely irrelevant until a players' union is formed and a collective bargaining agreement is reached, as I think they are, then he has the potential for some other NCAA team to pay him to be a mercenary QB. The NCAA is going to lose on every eligibility challenge in court. He's already done it once.

Once he realizes the only way to keep the gravy train rolling is to challenge the NCAA again, I will not be at all surprised to see him sign a NIL deal with a team that needs a journeyman QB (plenty of those), contingent on litigation.

He is the tip of the iceberg. Guys that can't play in the NFL can still get paid in college. This is coming. Get ready for it, whether it's with the pinche chingon cabron puto chihuahua or someone else.
