  1. Past hour
  2. Hell, my driver was absolute dogshit just yesterday. In the past, I've had the wedge yips for less than full shots. Anything I had to finesse was shanked, topped, or chunked. Very frustrating and debilitating.
  3. Momma always said stupid is as stupid does. No, scratch that- she said life was like a box of chocolates No- she didn't say that either, I think it was something like- don't you fucking stick your finger in that Queso one more time, you damn savage. No- that's not right eihter. The last was @closetojumping which is totally fake news b/c as @RGBIII pointed out it was definitely a chip, which is something I'd absolutely cop to doing, and since you stick chips in a queso bowl anyway and I might have caught a touch of the tism as the kids nowadays say I can't understand and am perplexed why this is not considered socially acceptable behavior to spruce up some bland and shitty queso. No- now that I think about it mom used to tell me if I didn't have anything nice to say, don't say it. At least I think she did. If that wasn't her I'm sure someones mom somewhere along the line said that. So, that was the idea behind no game thread this week. But, I guess, back by popular demand, here it is. Post your thoughts on the upcoming game against Sam. Maybe we can endeavor not to be like a bottom quartile offense in college football this week. Dare to dream and as always for my guy BIll in Sinton- hook em high like an eagle soars.
  4. Nice day for Murphy and Mukuba (amongst others).
  5. I mean, insane might be the description for someone who gets banned for their content, then immediately returns and says "Hey, look, I'm that guy and my content was fine" while announcing his new handle.
  6. ah yes, its people on this website who are the problem. Not our elected officials with access to major media platforms.
  7. I would wonder how you lying pieces of shit had faked it.
  8. These "Christians" don't seem to be clear on the whole Christianity thing.
  9. Had no idea who this was before 10 mins ago. It appears Sasha is a trans musician who was once a contestant on The Voice. And I am now a fan.
  10. They both mess up. Wingo's problem as a run blocker is that he is afraid to engage. Don't know if he's worried about contact or getting called for holding or what the deal is. He stays with his man, but makes no effort to block him. Endries also isn't a good blocker and also tries to block 21. There are a LOT of plays where guys are trying to block the same guy and it isn't a designed double team. Wingo should, for lack of a better term, dance with 21. Go with him where he wants to go, which is the outside, and Endries needs to cut up and block 48.
  11. We aren't going to do ticket trade for rig. I need a permanent solution or something that I can just expense directly as a service cost.
  12. I ain't worried about Simmons in the least. Nothing these first 3 teams have done in the passing game has been conducive to edge players getting a bunch of sacks. He'll be fine.
  13. His solution was to make it whiter.
  14. Arch is so bad he can’t even throw it to the other team. User name checks out Yeah OSU wasn’t in his head before the game started. Look at the video above. His mechanics are atrocious. In all but the touch pass out to Wingo he is holding the ball around his midsection, then “winds up” violently around his right waist area (like where a holster would be) and just rips the ball out of there, side arm or 3/4 arm. It like a violent spasm before the throws as hard as he can with poor mechanics. I had the yips with my driver for 2 months over the summer. I could do no right with a club that was usually my most consistent. The more I tried, the worse I got. Range sessions were disasters. But for the last month I’ve been shooting 80 or below. It wasn’t the swing. It was the take back for the backswing. It was the spasm of it, and then switching direction violently. Trying too had. Choking the grip. Once I just started easily taking the club back, relaxing on the change of direction, and not trying to murder the ball, and just simply playing free, the results changed dramatically. The easier the swing, the better the drive. I hit one 292 last week. In June I was hitting the ladies tee box markers. Arch needs to calm the fuck down out there and play free. Ball up around the shoulder, secured with two hands, feet underneath him, nice easy lead to where the receiver is going to be, giving him a chance to catch and run. Just breathe. Also 5mg of THC helps.
  15. because SHSU scares you to death... death row of college football I tell ya.
  16. well that was tipped at the LOS.
  17. I wish! That sounds much more fun.
  18. Got over $14 momentarily. Sold enough to get a chunk of my initial investment back, but still riding with 3/4 of my total
  19. That last slant gives me the ick
  20. Of course Ted Cruz shows up with the least Mexican, most Canadian paint job ever.
  21. The Utah Gov was on Meet the Press yesterday and said he'd be charged on Tuesday and more info would be released then. If he is in fact cooperating it's so he doesn't get charged as an accessory. He might be an internet troll/groyper or he might have been motivated by something else like defending his transitioning boyfriend by murdering someone that said being trans was a mental illness. We don't know yet, regardless of some people on this website want to definitively assign motive without knowing.
  22. Underperformance from 5 star takes is slowly mounting. Arch got the stars in multiple ways but not from on the field performance at Newman, and he looks like a guy with some tools that could be special but effectively gained nothing from jogging around against impotent 2A competition, meaning he needed and may still need significant time in the oven so to speak. Kobe Black. Simmons is special no doubt, yet for some reason looks indistinguishable from Justice Finkley so far this year Jonah Williams could be great, and patience is needed no doubt, but the cards are begining to stack against him in an uncomfortable way. Looks like a Whittington trajectory early on, at least there's hope his injury situation does not become chronic just yet. Ant Hill is who he is, but again has looked the least impactful of the three top linebackers early in the '25 campaign. My hope is he is being held back a bit until conference play. Brandon Baker looks like a serviceable tackle, nowhere near expectations however. Too early to make any judgements for Terry, despite fellow freshman Lance Jackson playing heavily. Jaime Ffrench? Michael Terry? Crickets so far. Hopefully at least Lockett starts getting more snaps. Wingo can run end arounds. Baxter has had a ton of bad luck DJ Campbell, has played a lot and has held a lot
