The offensive staff kneecapped this year. OL was atrocious. There is a difference between a poor OL and a disaster. The Florida game was a disaster. So much immediate pressure. Big issue was the defense going from elite to merely good. 2024 defense gave up 14.8 pts in SEC play vs 25.8 this year. The fact of the matter is Texas has been led by the defense. This year it slipped. The offense has yet to be a high-level unit under Sark.
He’s also played in 20 more games than he did at Texas in the NFL but even then, his 31 game at Texas scaling up to 50 games is 95 catches, 1290 yards, 13 TD. Which isn’t bad

Could the world use more "lodge" type deals, like the Elks Lodge, where middle-age dudes get together to drink beer, bitch about their wives, talk sports, and just be dudes with no real expectations or hassles? Fuck yes we could. It would do us al some good, I suspect.
that was a good read, thank you. The part that concerns me is Texas having to trust the coaches evaluations. The amount of additions we need from the portal along with the belief in banks and flood are pretty big concerns I think. Muschamp should be able to cover the defensive side pretty well, he knows what he needs to make his scheme work.
I like how the story is "they used it to load DRUGS!" Cool. WHAT drugs, exactly? Because the narrative about "we must save American lives!" is all about fentanyl. But the facts are that Venezuela is NOT a source of fentanyl. Seriously, all sources say that "virtually no" fentanyl comes from or transits through Venezuela. And what Venezuela DOES traffic in is (1) primarily coke, (2) headed for European markets. In short, the "we gotta bomb Venezuela to protect Americans from overdose deaths" story is.....a fucking lie. Entirely false. Made up. Not based on any actual facts. This admin just says whatever the fuck it wants, and nobody fucking calls them on it. And its supporters just chug his orange cum by the fucking gallon, only praising him for whatever lunacy he spouts the next second.
I went to check his stats and 3 years at Texas, it says he caught a total of 60 passes for 805 yards. And this is against Big 12 defenses. 3 years in Atlanta against NFL defenses, he has 195 catches for over 1700 yards. I'm not going to pretend to remember all the circumstances in his seasons here but that's ridiculous to only utilize him that much in the pass game. I think this is where so much of his value comes from. You dump it off to him and his YAC will do the rest. He's like CMC in that regard.
Also, Indiana played Oregon and Penn State. Both games Texas could have easily lost, because those teams are way better than Florida, miss st, and Kentucky. Texas may still drop 3 with their schedule including georgia game 2 or equivalent. If you watched Texas football in 2025 and felt like we got robbed by anyone but sark you need to get a better understanding of the game. The team came out of bye weeks twice in the season looking flat and shitty and executing horribly and unprepared to play. Both resulted in losses, one of which was an asswhipping that people keep telling me wasn't a blowout because at one point the scoreboard in the early 4th had Texas within 1 score, but they never had the ball back and they also got fucking dunked on for the entire 4th quarter. I'm gonna watch this Texas Michigan game and have fun doing it because I enjoy watching the horns play. I'm not sitting here with any expectations and the game doesn't matter even a little bit. I'm more interested in what is going to happen in the portal and what additional coaching or staff changes are going to happen after the portal opens.
"We have charged 98 individuals in relation to fraud in Minnesota. More than 60 have pled guilty or been convicted. More to come," the department said on the US social media company X’s platform. How do they have convictions already? That is one fast process if true.
