  1. He was so damn good yesterday. Gotta love having a bad ass LB leading the D. Complete stud.
  2. Four coupon beer please Two Fletcher dogs with mustard Smegma for sooners
  3. Funniest show there is and it's not even that close. Sucks this is last season.
  4. Brent Venables' favorite sportswriter is Curt Bowels. And, his favorite 9.95er is Ketch.
  5. Sorry, just saw this was in his thread already.
  6. Saw Rickey Stewart had 170 + 3 tds (incl. 70 yd td run) in Chapel Hill's win over Whitehouse. Thinking he might not suck.
  7. Suzanne Halliburton's 900 number
  8. Not sure why, but in.
  9. Sandwich talk has me thinking another bad ass place in NOLA (in addition to the po boy mainstays, Butcher, Turkey & Wolf, etc.): Francolini's - https://www.francolinis.com Will not disappoint.
  10. My past experiences at Peche have all been very good. Get the whole fish.
  11. Okay, obviously late to the party, since we just watched Begin Again last weekend. I had thought to myself that it reminded me of Once but, until just now, had no idea they were directed by the same guy. Really liked both, so will get Sing Street on the watch list for sure.
  12. Meh, doesn't get touched much, so no YAC...do not want.
  13. Thought this episode was great. Several very funny threads...coyote, dead father-in-law, golf scenes, balls, etc. Good stuff.
  14. Had no idea this even existed. Hate to hear it wasn't good, because the book is f'in great.
  15. Couldn't agree more. Since we weren't involved with Sayin and Downs, on some level I was glad to see them go to OSU, just for attention/noise purposes. Somewhat torn because I despise those bastards in Columbus and don't want them getting studs, but also like them being the focus of portal accolades. Hard to stay under the radar when we've been so solid in portal/NIL, but would be nice to stay out of everyone's crosshairs, even though it'll be hard to do while stunting on them.
  16. It was quite a few years ago when I think we went to it, but didn't Willie Mae's have an Uptown location too? Assume it's not still there.
  17. Assuming this is real...good grief.
  18. Excited about this large kid...think he might be a badass.
  19. I'm good with losing Hampton, since it looks like we're getting Waddle.
  20. Yep, people rarely mention Pelican Club, but it really is damn good, especially if you want to be in The Quarter.
  21. Yikes, a full week...you might die.
  22. In part because I'm a bit superstitious, we're retracing our 2019 Sugar Bowl steps (which worked out pretty damn well) and having a big lunch at Peche on New Year's Day...can't wait. There were tons on Texas fans eating/drinking there in 2019 and it was fun as hell. As you may recall, that was a prelude to mudholing UGA...yes, mudholing, since the score was not indicative of our dominance. Planning to hit Casamento's, Saba and maybe Turkey & the Wolf at some point. Looks like Toups Meatery or Costera (anyone been there?) on NYE. Also, will have to get at least one drink at Bouligny Tavern (one of my favorite bars in the city) on NYE, since that was a key stop in 2019 as well. I still can't believe this all fell into place so perfectly, because I was starting to truly believe we just can't have nice things. FAAFO!
