  1. I’d go with Davanta. Especially if Fields is Robinson’s QB. Fantasypros has them ranked about the same.
  2. and friendship, for everyone!
  3. This skit was pretty funny. “How much ya bench” was the common greeting among my college teammates for a few weeks after it aired. https://www.nbc.com/saturday-night-live/video/how-much-ya-bench/2860981
  4. Blocked your view of Sam?
  5. Ratt/Bon Jovi, 1985. My sister (14 at the time) wanted to go, so my parents made me (15) chaperone. We were on vacation and staying at the Villa Capri. Dad dropped us off and told us to enjoy the show then walk back to the motel after. The people we sat next to shared their JD and joints. /csb Metallica, 1997.

  7. Just saw on FB she died yesterday.
  8. Such a great bit. “Survey says!” The segment gets better with him talking about the football players that went missing and authorties looked for them from the beach. Then saying if he ever goes out to sea, he’s going to take a white baby with him and put it on his keychain.

  13. The best Comedy Central Roasts were the early ones. When nobody is watching, the jokes are better.
  14. Enjoyed the Foo Fighters so much last weekend, we decided to get tickets to their December show in Sacramento.
  15. No ego. Mild alcohol problem; however, mostly due to watching Longhorns sports.
  16. I took the 2002 O. Henry Middle School 7th grade football team to an AISD championship. Can I get a shot at coaching the Longhorns?
  17. Good thing I have plenty of beer and whiskey; and my daughter’s soccer game tomorrow isn’t until noon.

  22. Fuck. https://nypost.com/2021/09/06/actor-michael-k-williams-found-dead-in-nyc-apartment/ “Drug paraphernalia was found in the apartment, suggesting a possible overdose, sources said.”
  23. They were on my list to checkout. I’m going to keep track of their tour schedule. Here’s a short video: IMG_5853.MOV
  24. Shows I saw at BottleRock, by day Friday: Polo G (meh), G-Eazy (great performance) Saturday: Warren G (great), Reignwolf (definitely want to see them again), North Mississippi Allstars (great), Dominic Fike (caught his last two songs while waiting for the next act, interesting and entertaining), Run The Jewels (will try to see them when they tour with Rage Against the Machine next year), Guns N’ Roses (first time seeing them live, Slash is amazing, Duff singing I Wanna Be Your Your Dog was cool, Axl looks like Michael Myers doing an imitation of Axl). Sunday: Jimmy Eat World, Black Pumas (would see again), Cage the Elephant (great), Foo Fighters (fucking awesome). Overall, it was a well-run festival with a wide-range of performers (we didn’t see Miley Cyrus or Meg Thee Stallion). Food was decent and lines for booze were short. Getting in and out wasn’t bad. No wait on Friday at 5 (probably because Chris Stapleton cancelled earlier in the day and people stayed away). Saturday afternoon was the worst with a 30 minute wait to get in at 2:15. There was no wait the next day at the same time. We will definitely go back. May try VIP next time as it is easier to move between the two main stages if there is a schedule conflict.
