  1. XMET is showing up as completely worthless in my account. I was riding on free shares and a little profit, but was hoping to get something for the remainder. Can they really just go to absolute zero? Same for others that still have some?
  2. @RCRanger03 Are you completely out of FPVD? I sold the majority of mine for a nice gain, but still have 50k shares. Can't decide if I should let it ride or cash in the $1k today.
  3. Bid Ask spread is pretty wide at the moment.

Nothing wrong, just making sure you didn't see something saying they were closed longer. I'm glad you mentioned. We probably would've headed there after thawing out this weekend and been disappointed to find them closed.

What makes you say this? Not sure when they closed, but my wife picked up a few things on Feb 3rd (glanced at cc statement), and their website says they're closed till 2/22 due to a single case. We live close, so we drive by/go pretty frequently. On weekends there is often a line to get in, and not uncommon during the week either. Pretty much been like that all pandemic. I certainly hope they're doing ok.
  6. -26F in Quebec City, 1/2/2014. Been skiing all my life and lived in Manhattan and shit for 10 years. -26 was...eye opening. Pick a summer in Texas for the high. Looks like it was 112 in Dallas in 2018. I was here then.
  7. A separate /WSB thread makes way more sense.
  8. I've definitely thought about that because I see the swings, but it's so hard to make myself get more invested in a company that has such dismal financials. I've got nothing but time though, so hopefully there's some long term growth.
  9. I've been holding this bag for a long time. In at an embarrassing 0.0169. Wondering if this is my chance to get out with less loss. It's also a small-ish position, so...to the moon or bust! Any idea why this is moving today? I don't see any news.
  10. I have some nilgai backstrap I'd like to cook this weekend. Would typically slice and pan fry. Any other good recs? Has anybody ever smoked a backstrap? Sous vide? Or stop trying to mess up a good thing? I see the stuffed backstrap above that looks pretty delicious. Recipe?
  11. What is going on with FRSX? Time to sell?
  12. You can now delete things from your browsing history in Amazon, FYI. Go to Your Account top right, click Browsing History, "Remove from view" the stuff you want to. Has been helpful for dildo Christmas shopping.
  13. Now that ALPP has crossed that glorious threshold, do you have any intention of selling? Or are you thinking this could go much higher? I'll def be sending you libations once I convert some of these unrealized gains, but don't let that bias you, ha.
  14. Completely agree. I always look for it, but now I understand why I haven't found it.
  15. https://www.henryhowardhotel.com/ My wife did the interior design, and some of the family that owns it are Longhorns. Stop by for a drink if nothing else.
  16. Assume this was a prime deal I missed? I'm looking at this: https://www.amazon.com/Smart-Garage-Opener-Chamberlain-MYQ-G0301/dp/B075H7Z5L8/ref=sr_1_1?crid=Y8CZ6RY7V2JB&dchild=1&keywords=chamberlain+my+queue+garage+door+hub&qid=1602778164&sprefix=chamberlain+my!%2Caps%2C322&sr=8-1
  17. We started with the Ring doorbell, I believe the Pro model, and were very happy with it. We then got broken into a few months down the road. The video from the doorbell helped identify the guy, and luckily the police were able to locate our stolen property (pawn shop) and find/arrest the perp. That break-in triggered adding the alarm system. I found it super easy to set up. I did it myself in probably 45 minutes. I pay the annual fee for monitoring at once, so it's $100 per year for all my devices (seems like a no brainer vs. $10 a month. I think you even get a prorated refund if you have to cancel for some reason). We have been pleased with it, and thankfully the only time it has been tested was when we forgot our maid was coming while we were out of town, and she set it off. The monitoring service was very quick to call both me and my wife (I was on a work call so didn't answer), and obviously it was great to be able to turn off the alarm easily from my phone. I looked into traditional alarms before going with Ring. I couldn't believe the upfront hardware and ongoing monitoring costs. I can't really imagine what they'd be offering beyond what I'm getting with Ring for much cheaper. The only con that I'll note is it seems like the connection to the video stream on the doorbell has slowed. For the first few months it seemed almost instant, i.e. you got a notification of motion, click the banner and you're connected to the feed/speaker/microphone in less than 3 seconds. Now it seems like there is always some buffering involved. Still relatively fast, but sometimes it seems closer to 10 seconds. No change to our internet service/speed. I feel like it happened after an App update, but I also wonder if they lure you into buying the plan by optimizing performance during the free trial period somehow. We don't have any indoor cameras, so I don't really care much about what the companies do with our footage. Happy to answer any other specific questions.
  18. Planning to tee off at 4:20, so the fee is down to $79 by then (seems to be $102 for prime tee times during the week and $119 on the weekend). Think I'm going to check it out. Thanks.
  19. Has anybody played the Texas Rangers course? I'm thinking about heading over there Friday afternoon. Would like to know that it's a fun course in good shape for the drive (about 30 mins for me so not too bad) and $.
  20. BBRW up 89% today. I've been holding this bag for a bit. I still need a tad more climb to break even unfortunately.
  21. Where did you find a cabin/through which site? Been looking for a short trip in September, but don't see much available.
  22. I've never thought to post in here because it's Texas and water is wet, but holy shit in Dallas today. 107 with a feels like of 119 at one point. My son and I tried to sit on our shaded porch with a fan blowing directly on us, but it was not fun after 10 minutes.
