  1. I believe that he was absolutely vindicated against one woman accusing him of violent sexual acts (the decision from a month ago). He has also faced accusations against at least three other women. As far as I know none of the other accusations have made it to court. Also as far as I know he has not denied the rough encounters took place, just that they were consensual. I have not committed these details to memory so I could be off, just my recollections. Just my opinion but if someone I knew got off on rough sex leaving bruising and lacerations, even if consensual, I would think it was pretty damn skeevy. I don't know if I would call that person a scumbag but would certainly have a negative impression of him/her.
  2. Yeah, super weird. I can't imagine living in a country there the leader embraces the head of a former adversary, leading to a substantial change in how the leader's supporters view that adversary, potentially even leading to supportimg that adversary in invading an ally. What a weird world that would be!
  3. Under the mattress. It'll never be found, it's perfect! /me as a 13 year old deciding where to hide my Penthouse magazine. I would not have received the $10,000.
  4. Happy to see that flag. Take the FG.
  5. FIFY. There are asshole atheists, asshole Christians, asshole Jews, etc. It's what brings us all together.
  6. Oh for fuck's sake, these takes are getting more and more ridiculous. I frankly am not interested in arguing over what level of killing innocent people rises to the definition of "genocide" but it is not a goddanm form of anti-semitism to call it that as used in common discussion. I am not even saying Israel should or should not be doing what they are doing but you continuously conflate criticism of Israel with anti-semitic views. They can overlap of course, but are not one and the same.
  7. You take that back. It's going to be an excellent graphic. I am using animations and everything.
  8. Can you show us where the Clock Room touched you? Do you enjoy just making shit up? I looked at his last 4 pages of his posts because I am procrastinating on making a chart for work and 27% of his posts are in CR. He's a fucking idiot to be sure but he has more posts in both Football (proving the fucking idiot part) and basketball than CR. CR doesn't claim him.
  9. Wait, are you sure @Jewish Wang feels any more comfortable with you having his payment info?
  10. Jfc, do people really think the "sexy" SBF sketch is an actual court sketch? I guess I believe that DT Jr believes that but I am hoping that people in general aren't as gullible. For the record, this was one of the actual SBF sketches:
  11. If Lebron only learned to dominate he could be considered one of the greatest basketball players of all time.

  13. I agree with your second paragraph 100%, but I disagree with "just observing why it's not getting traction". It wasn't getting traction before the terror attack and ensuing Israeli response. Most of the Western World and most of the Arab world doesn't really give a shit about improving Palestinian lives.
  14. You are certainly correct that it is not as big a story but is also as more than a hint of "Now is not the time to talk about gun control" after the latest mass shooting. Again not to justify Hamas's actions even a fraction of a percent, but when is/was there going to be a time when Israeli actions in West Bank are going to be discussed in any internationally significant way?
  15. Try some seafood next time you're at The Clubhouse restaurant in Virginia:
  16. Try not to suck any dick on the way to the gas chamber!
  17. The Astros cheating are certainly the most relevant analogy in terms of taking to the next level, but also for other self-inflected injuries that didn't help. I don't think the reaction to the Astros scandal would have been severe without the shitty relationship they already had with the media, trading for Osuna, etc. Like the Astros, Harbaugh and Michigan aren't starting off on a great foot. Harbaugh doesn't suck up to the media and he was panned for his reaction to the suspension earlier this year. I don't think he has a lot of friends in the media.
  18. I don't know about that. You may be right but this was a guy making 55K a year buying all of these tickets in his own name and travelling to all of these stadiums. He was clearly getting paid either by the school or a booster. Even if a booster, the only way Michigan skates is if Harbaugh can plausibly claim he had no idea what was going on, otherwise dreaded Lack of Institutional Control. I don't see how he can claim to have all of these decoded signs going into games without having some knowledge of how he got them.
  19. He said "Their life is already sad if they're into that bullshit", which is silly. I'm not into fantasy sports but there is nothing wrong with it, just talking about it incessantly.
  20. Let them have it. Their life is already sad if they're into that bullshit. Eh, I have zero issue with other people being into fantasy sports, it is no less lame than other hobbies. But people who talk to others about their fantasy teams, poker hands, or sports bets need a kick in the ass.
  21. I like The Economist but unless I am missing something, this seems like really shoddy analysis. I don't think anyone would be surprised that the economy is better in West Bank than in Gaza but I am not sure how confidently anyone can then state that a) this is true specifically for Palestinians or b) that this means life is better for Palestinians in West Bank. I haven't posted much in this thread because I know enough to know I don't know shit about fuck, but at least per Wikipedia the Israeli population in West Bank has grown by 4.6% CAGR 2000-2018 (the latest date available), more than double the GDP growth cited by The Economist. I suspect that the increasing Israeli population isn't solely responsible for the GDP per person growth but also seems like something that can't be ignored. Even if GDP growth were true for Palestinians in West Bank, given that Israelis have suffered no consequence for literally killing Palestinians and seizing the settlements, I wouldn't be ready to argue that a better economy means life is better in West Bank. None of this is meant to justify anything that has happened, just to say I am surprised by this lazy journalism and the conclusion from @956 Worldwide that "it is undeniable that it’s better to be a Palestinian there than in Gaza— whether that’s economics or security".
  22. Sorry @Chuckie Finster - I had to repigami you before @Rimbo saw the chance to change his rep. I'll hit you up on another post.
  23. I never thought I'd fucking type these words but does anyone want to talk about cheese or what damn dorm they stayed in at Texas? Anything to change the topic please?
  24. In this metaphorical chess match, are vibrating anal beads allowed? Asking for Hamas Israel a friend.
