  1. Partially fixed one of the issues. Still shows scores for the 4-5 games on the top banner.
  2. Two serious issues with Apple TV+ MLS package: 1. You can't come to a game late or the next day without having the score shown. Issue 1. resolved. Score spoilers are a default setting that can be changed in the Apple TV app (not on a browser, though). Steps for changing default. 2. You can't tell where you are in the game if you fast forward through pre-game, half-time, etc. Really makes for a shitty experience watching previously recorded games or games already-in-progress.
  3. How many days did you have to cure the pork belly?
  4. Decaf coffee with a touch of half and half. I might pour the wife some Buffalo Trace over an ice cube.
  5. Pastrami, cabbage, and potatoes last night. Pastrami and eggs sound pretty good.
  6. This. Even better - annoying my wife by announcing multiview every time I switch between views.
  7. KG BBQ. Pork rib, lamb bacon rib, lamb chop, Egyptian baladi salad, and mint chimichurri. Got it to go, so there are no food pictures. I love a good place to get lamb, and this place was pretty good. More surprising was an Egyptian who made great pork ribs. Some of the best I've had. Perfectly cooked, and the seasoning on the pork ribs was different yet extremely flavorful. They put out a beautiful product. They are extremely slow, though. Definitely imo.
  8. Title: The Gambino Defense Synopsis: Vinny Gambino, a young and ambitious defense attorney, is handed a high-profile case to represent OJ Simpson in what would be known as the "trial of the century." Despite the overwhelming evidence against the football player, Gambino believes in his client's innocence and is determined to clear his name. As Gambino delves deeper into the case, he uncovers a web of lies, deceit, and corruption that implicates some of the most powerful figures in the criminal justice system. As he navigates through the treacherous waters of the legal system, Gambino becomes a target for those who will stop at nothing to see OJ Simpson convicted. With his reputation and career on the line, Gambino must use all of his wit, charm, and legal expertise to prove Simpson's innocence before it's too late. But as the trial progresses, Gambino realizes that winning the case may come at a cost too high to bear. As the media circus surrounding the trial reaches a fever pitch, Gambino finds himself playing a dangerous game in which the stakes are higher than ever before. In the end, he must decide whether to stick to his principles or compromise his integrity to win the case. Filled with suspense, drama, and courtroom intrigue, "The Gambino Defense" is a gripping tale of one man's fight for justice against all odds.
  9. Planning on going to Mum's Foods to pick up a couple of pounds of pastrami for dinner tonight. I might swing by KG BBQ to grab a bite for lunch while in that area.
  10. For me, the difference is drinking to enhance an experience (football games, concerts, etc.) verses drinking to escape (work issues, relationship issues, etc.). Once I quit drinking, I learned fairly quickly that I didn't need alcohol to enhance already enjoyable experiences. The urges always came after a bad day at work, me getting pissed off at something the wife had done, and the like.
  11. Don't like the price increase, but not sure if there is a good alternative (much cheaper that the AT&T Uverse we were on before). We've been on YTTV a little over a year and it has worked really well. I paid for a month of Sling TV in September to see the two Texas games on LHN and it was ok.
  12. We had those when I was a kid in the 70s.
  13. Hard to tell, but it appears that M is for a Mexican wearing a sombrero. No clue on G.
  14. Bądź przygotowany i chroń się przed tą niebezpieczną burzą.
