  1. A song about making love to a brown-eyed girl is gay? Okay, how about Jerry Jeff Walker's "Sangria Wine"? Would 100,000K+ singing the "Whooooooooooooooooo I love sangria wine" part be less gay? Added bonus is that this song is a least a bit Texas themed.
  2. Because they couldn't go for 3?
  3. It doesn't have anything to do with football or Texas, but neither does Sweet Caroline, so eff it. I know from personal experience that Van Morrison's Brown Eyed Girl is a great drunken, having a great time sing along song. Imagine 100,000+ people singing the "sha la la la la la la la la la la di da" part. Greatness.
  4. This gif is absolutely mesmerizing. Is it just me, or does she look like Alyssa Milano's younger, hotter sister?
  5. The Subway commercial with the kid flipping half-full water bottles is getting tiresome. What does flipping bottles have to do with your crappy sandwiches?
  6. You look at Zach Smith over there, and it's just all about the tradition of being a stupid, disgusting piece of shit. Ok. Cool. Hook 'Em.
  7. That's what she said?
  8. My bad. I'm switching between this and the Va Tech game and got confused.
  9. Coming up at halftime; a discussion of whether ou is the best one loss team? Gee, let me guess what ESPN's experts are going to say.
  10. The ad for Just For Men hair color makes me grind my teeth. Put aside the annoying fact that there is even such a thing as hair coloring for men, but the douche bag with the black fingernails applying his eye liner is aggravating as hell.
  11. For some reason, the room always seems to get really dusty every time I watch this. It'll give you goose bumps.

    Charlie Brewer

This is the repeated comment that got to me. Darrel Royal defines Texas royalty; Tommy Nobis is Texas royalty; Earl is Texas royalty; Vince is Texas royalty; Ricky is Texas royalty. Colt is Texas royalty. I never heard of grand pappy Brewer, and Robert Brewer was a solid QB for a couple years, and he did beat Alabama in the Cotton Bowl, but he was a walk-on. Royalty? Not so much. And as stated elsewhere, the sight of Robert Brewer wearing a Baylor shirt in DKR seems wrong.
  13. Ha. "...but will take your comment into consideration." is how a boss says, "Will completely ignore your stupid-ass comment as soon as I'm done writing this."
  14. I have a soft spot for the 1979 game. My freshman year, and the only OU game I attended in person. Most "experts" had already tagged Billy Sims to receive his second Heisman, but Steve McMichael and crew had a different idea. Billy Sims and the OU offense were stuffed all game long, and Texas won something like 13-7. I was sitting in the midst of some sooner olds, and towards the middle of the fourth quarter I heard one remark that, "I've never seen OU dominated like this before." I just smiled and nodded.
  15. What time is it now If wind blows in from the Gulf Oklahoma sucks
  16. Why do the spurs shirts look nearly blowU red? What shirts? All I see in this clip is all kinds of Bevo awesomeness.
  17. Perhaps this has more to do with Bryant's attitude and less to do with his skill set. From reading that article and Bryant's comments, he sounds kind of like a whiny, self-absorbed pussy. You're going to bail on a program you've been a part of for four years, and started 17 or so games for, and complain that you haven't gotten a fair chance? That's just weak.
  18. Thank you. You, sir, are a gentleman. And except for the four dudes and cartoon frog in the back there is no wrong answer...but front row, first on left...yessss.
  19. Throw me a bone here. I'm old, and don't know how to post pics. I just wanna see some hot, scantily clad cheerleaders. Am I wrong in wanting this?
  20. Never had to hunt for it before. Every thread about TCU always included many pics of their wimmenz.
  21. A six page thread on Texas vs. TCU and not one picture of the TCU pom squad or dance team? You guys are slipping.
  22. Pretty cool article about a game I knew nothing about. Sorry if posted elsewhere: https://www.msn.com/en-us/sports/ncaafb/50-years-later-texas-vs-houston-the-wishbone-integration-and-a-tie-that-binds/ar-BBNyyXJ
