  1. I can’t recall if I posted this chilling thought earlier or not. Given Paxton’s alleged ties to cartel money, did Abbott’s and Patrick’s sudden reversal on calling for Paxton to resign happen due to serious threats indirectly from the cartels? Do the cartel’s have deeper influence than people realize? Yes I started watching The Wire.
  2. Is the Democratic Party wasting money on Allred in Texas given the criticality of races in other states? Seems like a long shot.
  3. The points, perhaps inarticulately delivered, that the refrains to ignore have become tiresome, have become tiresome.
  4. Would appreciate hearing thoughts on Scaramucci’s statements on Trump. He believes a not insignificant reason Trump is running is because he fears all of the legal threats he faces. He wants the Presidency not only for grifting and power, but to stay out of jail and avoid massive legal fees. So let’s just pretend for a minute this is true. Do you think Harris and Trump have had back channel conversations about pardons? If they have, what would Trump do to secure the pardon? When would he and Harris cement an agreement? And The Mooch is not assuming this is only done after Election Day. For example, assume internal polling shows Trump he’s going to lose. Would he try to get an agreement with her before Election Day? The whole idea is nutty, but then that’s The Mooch for you.
  5. Sep 19, 2024 Prediction: Republicans will commit crimes to steal the election in Pennsylvania, and hence the Presidency.
  6. Man I sure hope the hillbilly doesn’t come after Sark.
  7. Jeff Jackson of NC is my favorite congressman in all of Congress. He produces videos all the time explaining what’s really happening in Congress. He’s a Democrat, but moderate, and former military. I think down the line a White House run is possible in his future if he can navigate the bullshit. I’ve never followed a politicians videos before but his are great.
  8. This is a solid description of the situation. The Republicans complaints about the timing of them is the same disinformation bullshit we always hear today out of the party.
  9. The Teamsters majority wanting to vote for Trump is so typical. These people can’t even figure out that Trump in office is bad news for them. All the information is out there, but they are just mesmerized by the disinformation and bullshit.
  10. I have never repped a higher percentages of posts than this thread. Well done.
  11. I think the thing that confuses me most about Trump supporters is that a lot of them know he lies all the time, and yet somehow they think the things he says will really happen or are true. Anyone with the brain the size of a walnut understands that you can’t trust anything a liar says about anything, so you can’t trust him to do what you want him to do. It’s crazy.
  12. Was planning to be there last week and this week but I injured my foot. Should be fine in a week or so, but next week for Miss St I have a conflict. Im ticked at not getting out there.
  13. You took my response completely out of context. I never said they aren’t a blue blood. Of course they are. The poster said that Alabama should be as good in recruiting right now as they were before. Not necesssrily. The greatest coach in hiistory there just left, and they don’t have a great NIL program yet. It is completely reasonable to expect something of a drop off in recruiting.
  14. Just spent an hour trying to reach a live person at Experian. It’s impossible. These people need to be crucified.
  15. You are so transparent. Just because I called out your stupid post last week you’ve been sitting there like a little bitch waiting to post some more stupid shit.
  16. Because Nick Saban was the reason for their success, and before Nick Saban they sucked ass. And their NIL is not strong. Obvious.
  17. I run comps all the time as part of my realtor work. The trick is figuring out how much value it adds, and bad agents will undervalue or overvalue it all the time. It requires a lot more work to do good comps than 90% of realtors spend on them.
  18. Gabby Johnson is right. Oblique strains in baseball can put guys on the shelf for 4 weeks plus. I don’t think Sark wants to tell anyone anything definitive ever because he wants the opponent to have to prepare every week for the next five weeks for both qb’s.
  19. Uh ya that’s not correct at all. A homeowner won’t get back all of what they spent on the pool, but yes without question the pool increases the value of a home. Just not to the full price paid. Some pools don’t add a lot of value. Some pools do. It’s a specific item on an appraiser’s list, for example.
  20. When I think about the ineffective Republican leadership that allowed Trump to gain control of the party by lying and taking advantage of a gullible public, probably the number one guy to blame is Mitch McConnell. He was the only one who theoretically had the power to shut down Trump, and his feeble effort was a disgrace.
  21. This entire issue is a massive tragedy and I’m sure people are getting the hell out of their houses and trying to dump the problem on the next guy. Buyer beware.
  22. Why is everyone around you smarter than you?
  23. I hope these people are okay:
