  1. You hear zilch about abortion because you choose not to. It doesn't fit your world view. You made it very clear that you are all in on forced births and making women second class citizens. Keep that head in the sand.
  2. The stupid is strong with this one. The trial, and his testimony, is not televised, numbnuts. Your idioicy is astounding.
  3. The State is letting him talk a bit as it is just helping them (and puts things on the record that might sink him in other areas).
  4. That isn't how valuation works.
  5. Also, if you are reading the Times' live update, it is obvious so much of what he does is performative (DUH). He is a fucking actor. He has no business being President. What a fucking joke this guy is.
  6. His business is stripped of anything worthwhile and he is broke as a joke. At least, that is what I am hoping for. Fuck him. I want him to be poor before he goes to jail. Making a rich person poor is the best revenge, or at least, that is what I heard.
  7. NY Times is following live. https://www.nytimes.com/live/2023/11/06/nyregion/trump-fraud-trial Why not? This. Though right before he went in, he was blustering for the reporters and cameras. Hearing what he is doing on the stand, like night and day. It is too bad it isn't televised.
  8. Don't know, but from the NYTimes...
  9. I actually think he is mentally ill and doesn’t understand that he is lying. I say this because there is a very nice lady in my building that believes Mike Bloomberg is out to get her, and that she was going to be appointed as a part of Biden’s Administration. Lovely lady, but definitely looney tunes. And she completely believes it.
  10. No idea where to put this. IMG_0518.MOV
  11. Morrocco and Tunisia are on my list. I could see spending 2 weeks in each of those easy. South Africa has also long been on my list as well. I went to Egypt last year, and I loved it. But given the shit going down with Israel and Palestine, I will stay far away from that region for now.
  12. I love restaurants that are where regular Italians eat. Was looking at the area surrounding Bolgna/Modena from a location there. For Tuscany, Cortona, Siena, etc.. are the areas I am honing in on. We would have a car the whole time. I am trying to convince my parents to do this, and if so, my mom could be our DD (she isn't a wine drinker, so works for the rest of us).
  13. Thinking of doing a week in Tuscany and a week in Emilia Romagna next fall. Not 100% sure. Debating a lot of trips at the moment.
  14. Cafe Chelsea. Yeah, we did the tomato salad and the ravioli twice.
  15. Eh, fuck her. I have better things to do with my time.
  16. Check out Hotel Chelsea if you have not already booked. It is a 10 minute walk from MSG, which also means it is an easy in and out into Times Square. It sits at W 23rd between 7th and 8th Aves. And Cafe Chelsea is excellent (restaurant at the hotel). They also have a Spanish restaurant that has been there for ages, and a really cool hotel bar. Lots of really famous people have lived here. And the renovation looks really, really nice.
  17. This is excellent advice. Keens is outstanding, and it is a New York Classic. That being said, a lot of great places in the West Village are a quick subway hop away as well. Also, Cafe Chelsea. Food is excellent. I’ll post pics.
  18. My guest Producer was Leslie Odom Jr. Good to hear about Purlie. I want to see that.
